- Product Applications
- Deuteron MK matting agents can be used in almost all coating applications ranging from water borne and solvent borne to 100 % systems.
- They can be used as stand-alone additives or in combination with other materials to further improve their properties.
- Because of the wide range of available particle sizes the Deuteron MK range is suitable for thin and thick film applications.
- Especially the very fine Deuteron MK-F6 and MK-F7 variants are suitable for extremely thin-film applications.

Technical Details & Test Data
- Product Processing Information
- The PMU chemistry in general is highly compatible in a wide range of systems.
- Due to that Deuteron MK matting agents can be incorporated easily by a high- speed stirrer without the need for specific wetting agents or dispersing aids.
- They are shear stable in high shear processes but should not be ground in a bead mill.
