Deuteron® SF 505 is a micronized deuteron plastic powder formulated from PMU (polymethyl urea). It serves as a thermoset additive designed to enhance slip and scratch resistance across various systems. This additive is versatile and serves as an alternative to PTFE and PTFE-modified waxes, effectively improving scratch resistance and slip characteristics in diverse applications.

Kemsurf ASC, a pale yellow liquid, is a sodium-neutralized alkyl ether sulfate used for its foaming, wetting, and cleaning properties. It demonstrates stability in high electrolyte and hard water conditions, tolerating mildly alkaline solutions at room temperature. However, it's susceptible to hydrolysis in acidic environments. It is widely applied as a foaming agent and stabilizer in industrial cleaning due to its versatile nature.

Lanphos TEP 4 is a phosphate ester manufactured using polyphosphoric acid, leading to a product consisting predominantly of mono-esters. Its key advantage over conventional anionics is its excellent stability in high concentrations of acid, alkali, and electrolyte. Supplied in acid form, it can be neutralized with various bases to produce a salt. Lanphos TEP4 provides good wetting, detergency, lubricity, and emulsification properties.

Its design addresses the challenges of foam accumulation during processing, providing an efficient solution to significantly minimize such issues in aqueous dispersions.

Deuteron® WAX PP2 is a micronized modified polypropylene wax with well-balanced properties and an attractive economic profile. It's a versatile product suitable for various applications such as solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (like UV curable), and powder coatings. This wax provides an elegant surface feel, good matting, and excellent mechanical stability. When used with silica, it enhances the polishing resistance and settling properties of heavy materials. In powder coatings, Deuteron® WAX PP2 contributes to good degassing properties.

Specifically engineered as matting agents, they excel within radiation-curable systems. The appearance of this product is characterized by fine white powders, offering a specialized solution for achieving desired surface finishes in radiation-curable applications.

Deuteron® ND 953 serves as an aqueous solution containing sodium polyaldehyde carboxylate. This compound functions as a dispersant, particularly beneficial for dispersing inorganic pigments and fillers within water-based formulations. Additionally, it efficiently reduces viscosity, especially in highly filled emulsion paints and plasters, aiding in their application and consistency.

Deuterol 201 E is a non-ionic surface-active material expertly diluted in hexylenglycol. This formulation's active ingredient performs multifaceted functions, enhancing pigment and filler dispersibility, promoting surface wetting, and effectively preventing foam accumulation during grinding and dispersing processes. Its appearance boasts a clear and colorless liquid composition.

Deuterol Emulgator BI is a synthesized product derived from multifunctional organic bases combined with fatty acids, predominantly C18, ranging from C14 to C20, and incorporating amines. Agrosurf COS4 is a speciality co-solvent for application in the formulation of pesticides. This product is used in a wide variety of agrochemical formulations where it can enhance the toxicant solubility and also improve emulsification by acting as both solvent and penetrant.

Agrosurf GF is an expoxidised vegetable oil for use as a stabilizer in the formulation of a wide range of toxicant solvent systems but is particularly effective in situations where sensitivity to moisture or liberated acid accumulation is a problem. Typically Agrosurf GF is used at concentration levels of between 0.5 - 2.0% to protect toxicant formulations from chemical instability.

Agrosurf BPE211 is a traditional balanced-pair emulsifier designed for use with Agrosurf BPE148. Together, they create outstanding emulsifiable concentrates once the precise ratio is determined. This emulsifier carries an alcoholic odor and is part of the Agrosurf BPE range, compatible with various agrochemical toxicants.

Deuteron® WD PE is a dispersion of micronized Polyethylene wax, free of additives. Polyethylene waxes are preferred for their cost-effectiveness and positive impact on mechanical stability and visual appearance. The inclusion of Deuteron® WD PE improves resistance against abrasion and scratches, enhances matting, and creates a pleasant surface feel. Designed for ease of use in auto dosage units, this liquid dispersion is formulated without dispersing additives, emulsifiers, or defoamers, ensuring high compatibility without adversely affecting coating performance.

Lansurf CO40, belonging to the chemical family of ethoxylates, is a versatile liquid solution designed for agrochemical applications. Functioning as a nonionic surfactant and co-emulsifier, it excels in providing emulsification and excellent wetting features. Lansurf CO40 is recognized for its low toxicity, making it a standout choice in the realm of agrochemicals.

Deuteron® OG 8822 includes fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in TMP (EO)3 TA (ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate) specifically developed for UV-radical curing processes. These dispersions are offered in a dispersed form, tailored to facilitate and enhance various applications within UV curing systems.

Deuteron® OG 250 is a low-melting paraffin preparation suspended in water, featuring a polymeric protective colloid instead of an emulsifier. Initially designed as a temporary and removable protective coating within automotive applications, it is applied through a spray application of the pure product.

Deuteron® OG 863 comprises fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions within isopropanol. These dispersions are generally suitable for various solvent-based applications where rapid evaporation of alcohol is acceptable. Preferred applications for this product family include flexographic inks, wood coatings, industrial coatings, and textile printing, especially for small labels.

Kemsurf ESD60 is a sodium neutralized alkyl ether sulfate and finds application where foaming, wetting and detergency are required. Kemsurf ESD60 has good stability in the presence of high electrolyte and hard water environments. Also the product is tolerant to mildly alkaline solutions at ambient temperatures, but tends to hydrolyse in acidic solutions.

Deuteron® SO 300 is a liquid formulation containing fine elastomer particles dispersed in water. These elastomer particles are adept at imparting a rubber-like tactile sensation to coating films. The dispersion of these fine elastomer particles is specifically crafted for formulating soft-feel coatings and is available in various forms, such as water, solvents, and acrylic functional monomers, providing versatility in application and formulation.
