Deuteron® SF 505 is a micronized deuteron plastic powder formulated from PMU (polymethyl urea). It serves as a thermoset additive designed to enhance slip and scratch resistance across various systems. This additive is versatile and serves as an alternative to PTFE and PTFE-modified waxes, effectively improving scratch resistance and slip characteristics in diverse applications.

Kemsurf ASC, a pale yellow liquid, is a sodium-neutralized alkyl ether sulfate used for its foaming, wetting, and cleaning properties. It demonstrates stability in high electrolyte and hard water conditions, tolerating mildly alkaline solutions at room temperature. However, it's susceptible to hydrolysis in acidic environments. It is widely applied as a foaming agent and stabilizer in industrial cleaning due to its versatile nature.

Lanphos TEP 4 is a phosphate ester manufactured using polyphosphoric acid, leading to a product consisting predominantly of mono-esters. Its key advantage over conventional anionics is its excellent stability in high concentrations of acid, alkali, and electrolyte. This wax provides an elegant surface feel, good matting, and excellent mechanical stability. When used with silica, it enhances the polishing resistance and settling properties of heavy materials. In powder coatings, Deuteron® WAX PP2 contributes to good degassing properties.

The appearance of this product is characterized by fine white powders, offering a specialized solution for achieving desired surface finishes in radiation-curable applications.

Deuteron® ND 953 serves as an aqueous solution containing sodium polyaldehyde carboxylate. This compound functions as a dispersant, particularly beneficial for dispersing inorganic pigments and fillers within water-based formulations. Deuteron® OG 250 is a low-melting paraffin preparation suspended in water, featuring a polymeric protective colloid instead of an emulsifier. Initially designed as a temporary and removable protective coating within automotive applications, it is applied through a spray application of the pure product.

Deuteron® OG 863 comprises fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions within isopropanol. These dispersions are generally suitable for various solvent-based applications where rapid evaporation of alcohol is acceptable. Preferred applications for this product family include flexographic inks, wood coatings, industrial coatings, and textile printing, especially for small labels.

Kemsurf OT70-G shares the same characteristics as OT60, being a highly effective wetting agent essential for promoting the wetting of substrates or particles in diverse application areas. Additionally, it finds utility in emulsion systems and serves as a co-dispersant, often used alongside other nonionics. The appearance of this product at 25°C is a clear, pale yellow liquid, free from foreign matter.

Lanphos PE245 is a phosphate ester manufactured with phosphorous pentoxide, resulting in a product containing both mono- and di-esters. Its notable features include excellent stability in high concentrations of acid, alkali, and electrolytes. Supplied in free acid form, when neutralized, the product finds use in various applications such as textiles as a lubrication aid and/or emulsifier, metalworking cutting fluids (especially when amine neutralized), as well as in leather, household, IandI, agrochemicals, and emulsion polymerization.

Lanphos PE74 is a cetyl oleyl ethoxy phosphate with outstanding emulsification characteristics. Its key properties encompass being oil-soluble, exhibiting excellent emulsification characteristics, providing lubricity as an extreme pressure additive, functioning as a corrosion inhibitor, and featuring low foam characteristics. Applications for Lanphos PE74 include multifunctional metalworking fluid additives, extreme pressure additives, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, metal cleaning, emulsion polymerization, and textile lubricants.

Lanphos PE36, a potent emulsifier applicable across diverse polymer systems, is particularly valued as a primary emulsifier, eliminating the necessity for a secondary surfactant for system stabilization. It serves as the top preference for formulators due to its versatility. Apart from yielding remarkably small particle sizes, it incorporates an inherent stabilizer system, preventing polymer particle re-agglomeration.
