Trapylen® 130 X is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene celebrated for its remarkable affinity to polyolefinic plastics, including PP, PP/EPDM-blends, and, with certain limitations in adhesion strength, PE. Versatile in its applications, it serves as either a straight primer or an adhesion promoter for base coats and pigmented primers. Its primary use extends to paintings and coatings for molded parts and sealing profiles in the automotive industry, encompassing applications such as bumpers, side panels, and door seals. BETULLA Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head. SENZAA TAN is a scavenger designed to minimize the presence of aldehydes, particularly addressing odors associated with formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, as well as VOC/fog emissions in polyurethane (PU) components. Its applications are particularly beneficial for automotive interior trim and furniture. This product is recommended for use with PU ether, PU ester, and PU integral skin foams. It is especially effective in conjunction with colors and is particularly useful in scenarios where very low emission levels are required. SENZAA TAN can be incorporated as a component in the polyol formulation or introduced separately and directly into the mixing head during the manufacturing process.

Rowakryl® M-35023W is tailored for applications involving PVC tarpaulin and material for advertising. Supplied in a waterborne dispersion form with a white color, it features a resin system composed of polyurethane, acrylic, and PVC. Solvents included are water and EDG. The product is characterized by flexibility, a silk gloss finish, slip resistance, high-frequency weldability (HF-weldable), non-blocking properties, and printability. Application methods for Rowakryl® M-35023W include rotogravure and magnet bar techniques.

Laripur® 5725 is a premium polyester-based TPU, offers two versions tailored to specific applications. Lansurf AE735 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the ethylene oxide reaction on cetyl oleyl alcohol. It is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants, exhibiting good oil/water emulsification, wetting, and detergency. At 20°C, it appears as solid white to whitish flakes or powder and is soluble in water.

FILCO® 8902 is a milky liquid high-molecular-weight epoxy resin provided in non-ionic water dispersion. It serves as a film-former for glass fiber sizings, boasting features such as being a pure epoxy resin, possessing hydrolysis and sedimentation stability, as well as high mechanical shear stability in diluted emulsions.

Laripur® 5260 is a high-quality PTMG polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) known for its excellent resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack. The standard version is specifically designed for injection molding applications such as ski boots and technical items. Additionally, there is another version tailored for extrusion processes, including hoses, cables, profiles, and films.

SUMMER BLUE Pigment Dispersion (Elastomers) is a color reference specially formulated for elastomeric polyurethanes. These colors can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head. The side-panel showing this color reference simulates tone and intensity of color at an LDR of 1%. Citrus Pectin HMC-SS 1 is high esterificated, slow set pectin extracted from citrus peels and standardized with sucrose. Pectin (E440i) permitted in food according to European Regulation 1333/2008/EC, compliant with the purity criteria set by European Regulation 231/2012/EU. Product is GMO Free. Product is free from allergen.

Trapur® T 4121 serves as a primer and adhesion promoter system specifically designed for coating, bonding, printing, and laminating polyolefinic plastics. It primarily employs raw materials such as chlorinated polyolefins (CPO), chlorine-free modified polyolefins (APO), and polyurethanes (PU). Laripur 7060 is a PTMG polyether-based TPU exhibiting very good hydrolytic stability and good microbial resistance. The standard version is designed for injection moulding e.g. of technical items while the extrusion grade (EG) for the production of mild breathable film for roofing.
