Deuteron® MK-F is an organic duromeric matting agent suitable for a wide range of coating applications, including water-borne, solvent-borne, and 100% systems. These matting agents can be employed as stand-alone additives or in conjunction with other materials to enhance their properties. The distinctive synthesis of Deuteron MK matting agents results in highly amorphous particle structures with a comparatively high surface area (BET), making them outstanding matting agents.

Lansperse DS 200W is a highly effective primary dispersing agent known for its excellent wetting properties and steric hindrance capabilities, preventing the re-agglomeration of pigments and inorganic solids. It demonstrates versatility across various pigment types and is occasionally paired with the anionic agent Lansperse DS 80 to optimize dispersion performance.

Lansperse BIO691 is a cutting-edge dispersing agent within our new line, featuring components derived from renewable sources. Deuteron® UV 3100 is designed to facilitate the hardening process of binder systems that undergo cationic polymerization upon UV exposure. This solution is soluble in various binder systems, including common solvents and reactive diluents. It employs C12/C14 glycidilether as a reactive thinner and is characterized by minimal benzene emission and a low-odor profile, contributing to more environmentally conscious and user-friendly applications.

Lansurf TA15 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the alkoxylation of ethylene oxide with tallow amine. This product has good compatibility with other nonionic, anionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants. Lansurf TA15 finds application in a variety of industries such as textiles, paints, metal working, agriculture and polish manufacture. In particular Lansurf TA15 is used in textile applications as a leveling agent and anti-precipitant and is used as a primary wetting agent in acid and alkaline formulations for metal cleaning and the stripping of surface coatings.

Deuteron® VT 856 is a suspension of Deuteron® XG in a solvent base. Its pasty form allows for easy manual dosing and stirring. This product is soluble in both cold and hot water, producing pseudoplastic solutions upon dissolution. It contains xanthan gum dispersed in 1-ethoxy-2-propanol.

Trapylen® 196 S is a primer and adhesion promoter system designed for coating, bonding, printing, and laminating polyolefinic plastics. The primary raw materials it is compatible with include chlorinated polyolefins (CPO), chlorine-free modified polyolefins (APO), and polyurethanes (PUR). Notably, Trapylen® 196 S exhibits good heat seal properties, making it suitable for various applications in the mentioned areas. Xylene is utilized as the solvent in this formulation.

Deuteron® MM 680 is a synergistic compound comprising organic Deuteron® PMU powder (polymethyl urea) combined with inorganic materials. Tailored as a matting agent specifically for solvent-borne 2-pack PU topcoats, Deuteron® MM 680 stands out for its wax-free formulation. Its appearance is characterized by a fine white powder, offering a specialized solution for achieving desired surface finishes in solvent-borne polyurethane top coats.

Deuteron® UV RM15 features specialized wax compounds within acrylic monomers specifically tailored as matting additives for 100% UV-curable systems. These additives are formulated using specialized raw materials and a unique production process, enabling effective matting of challenging-to-matte 100% UV curing systems.

SIENA RED Pigment Dispersion (Flooring) is a color reference specially formulated for industrial flooring. Possible systems include polyurethane, polyurea, polyaspartic resin, and epoxy resin. This color reference is illustrated at an addition rate of 1%. To create your own color, submit a request or contact an Expert to receive our color match form. PAT is an authorized REPI formulator of liquid color dispersions. Deuteron® WD A is a dispersion of micronized amide wax in water, free from additives. It's designed to offer an excellent velvet surface feel, improved sanding properties, and grain enhancement (anfeuerung). This easy-to-use liquid is suitable for auto dosage units and is formulated without dispersing additives, emulsifiers, or defoamers, ensuring high compatibility without negatively impacting coating performance.

Trapylen® 113 S is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene known for its exceptional affinity to polyolefinic plastics, including PP, PP/EPDM-blends, and, with certain limitations in adhesion strength, PE. Notably, it possesses a higher molecular weight and a narrow molecular weight distribution compared to other modified chlorinated types. Due to its reduced content of maleic anhydride, this product exhibits good compatibility properties with other binder resins. Trapylen® 113 S finds versatile applications, serving either as a straight primer or as an adhesion promoter for base coats and pigmented primers. Its primary use is in paintings and coatings for molded parts, including sealing profiles in the automotive industry, such as bumpers, side panels, and door seals.
