This wax provides an elegant surface feel, good matting, and excellent mechanical stability. When used with silica, it enhances the polishing resistance and settling properties of heavy materials. Deuteron® MM 682 is a synergistic compound composed of organic Deuteron® PMU powder (polymethyl urea) in combination with inorganic materials. Specifically designed as a matting agent, it excels within coil coating systems and pigmented systems. Notably, Deuteron® MM 682 is formulated without waxes, offering a specialized solution for achieving desired surface finishes in coil coating applications and pigmented systems.

Deuteron® SO 300 is a liquid formulation containing fine elastomer particles dispersed in water. These elastomer particles are adept at imparting a rubber-like tactile sensation to coating films. The dispersion of these fine elastomer particles is specifically crafted for formulating soft-feel coatings and is available in various forms, such as water, solvents, and acrylic functional monomers, providing versatility in application and formulation.

Deuteron® OG 8803 comprises fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in DPGDA. Its versatility allows usage as a scratch-resistant additive for high gloss applications or as a matting agent for high-quality finishes, depending on the addition level. Preferred applications for this product family include overprint varnishes, floor coatings (such as PVC, laminate flooring, and wood floors), and wood coatings.

Deuteron® SF 707 is a micronized duromeric plastic powder crafted from PMU (polymethyl urea). Functioning as a thermoset additive, its primary role is to enhance slip and scratch resistance across various systems. It serves as an alternative to PTFE and PTFE-modified waxes, effectively improving scratch resistance and slip characteristics in diverse applications.

Lansurf TA15 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the alkoxylation of ethylene oxide with tallow amine. This product has good compatibility with other nonionic, anionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants. Lansurf TA15 finds application in a variety of industries such as textiles, paints, metal working, agriculture and polish manufacture. In particular Lansurf TA15 is used in textile applications as a leveling agent and anti-precipitant and is used as a primary wetting agent in acid and alkaline formulations for metal cleaning and the stripping of surface coatings.

Deuteron® PMH M is a micronized deuteron plastic powder derived from PMU (polymethyl urea). This micronized matting plastic is characterized by a compact particle structure and possesses heat resistance up to 200°C. It exhibits a minimal impact on viscosity and acts as a synergistic component to enhance the polishing and burnishing resistance of SiO₂.

Dfoam AR2 serves as an effective antifoam agent specifically tailored for aqueous dispersions. Deuteron® OG 863 comprises fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions within isopropanol. These dispersions are generally suitable for various solvent-based applications where rapid evaporation of alcohol is acceptable. Preferred applications for this product family include flexographic inks, wood coatings, industrial coatings, and textile printing, especially for small labels.
