Deuteron® UV RM15 features specialized wax compounds within acrylic monomers specifically tailored as matting additives for 100% UV-curable systems. These additives are formulated using specialized raw materials and a unique production process, enabling effective matting of challenging-to-matte 100% UV curing systems.

Deuteron® PMH C is a micronized deuteron plastic powder composed of PMU (polymethyl urea). It exhibits a minimal impact on viscosity and is specifically designed as a complementary agent to enhance the polishing and burnishing resistance of SiO₂. This product is supplied in powder form, facilitating its application in various processes.

Deuteron® OG 8670 consists of fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in water. These dispersions are well-suited for a broad range of water-borne systems. Preferred applications for the Deuteron® OG 8670 include inks, wood coatings, can coatings, and metal coatings.

Deuteron® OG 8803 comprises fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in DPGDA. Its versatility allows usage as a scratch-resistant additive for high gloss applications or as a matting agent for high-quality finishes, depending on the addition level. Preferred applications for this product family include overprint varnishes, floor coatings (such as PVC, laminate flooring, and wood floors), and wood coatings.

Lansperse UV 86 is a robust dispersing agent tailored for the coatings industry, specifically to disperse solid particles in liquid mediums, notably in UV formulations. Lansperse UV 86 offers a comprehensive solution for maintaining stable dispersions in UV formulations, especially for yellow dispersions and inks, without necessitating supplementary compounds.

Deuteron® SO 100 is a liquid formulation containing fine elastomer particles dispersed in DPGDA (dipropylene glycol diacrylate), serving as an acrylic functional carrier. This dispersion of fine elastomer particles is specifically designed for formulating soft-feel coatings. It's available in variations such as water, solvents, and acrylic functional monomers, offering flexibility in formulation and application.

Deuteron® VT 855 is a suspension of Deuteron® XG in a solvent base. Its pasty form allows for convenient manual dosing and stirring. This product is soluble in both cold and hot water, yielding pseudoplastic solutions upon dissolution. It contains xanthan gum dispersed in an ester of lactic acid.

Lansperse DS 80 serves as a potent primary dispersing agent, providing effective wetting and steric hindrance to prevent the re-agglomeration of pigments and inorganic solids. It finds applicability across various pigment types and is occasionally utilized in combination with the anionic agent Lansperse DS 200W for enhanced performance in dispersion.

Deuteron® UV RS20 comprises a unique wax dispersion formulated in DPGDA (dipropyleneglycolediacylate) as a reactive thinner. Its purpose is to enhance surface smoothness and improve the resistance to abrasion and scrubbing in UV coatings and printing inks. The application of Deuteron® UV RS20 results in surfaces with pleasant and silky-soft tactile properties.

Deuteron® ST-M as a texturing agents are coarse duromeric plastic powders formulated from PMU (polymethylurea). These agents serve as texture and structuring agents, facilitating functional, haptic, and decorative effects across various applications. As thermoset structuring agents, they are provided in five different particle sizes, allowing for versatility in achieving specific textural characteristics to meet diverse application requirements.

Deuteron® OG 863 comprises fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions within isopropanol. These dispersions are generally suitable for various solvent-based applications where rapid evaporation of alcohol is acceptable. Preferred applications for this product family include flexographic inks, wood coatings, industrial coatings, and textile printing, especially for small labels.

Deuteron® Wax PP is a micronized modified polypropylene wax known for its well-balanced properties and economical profile. It serves as a versatile product suitable for application in solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (e.g., UV curable), and powder coatings, offering a universal solution across various coating systems.

Deuteron® ST 500 comprises coarse plastic powders designed to create distinctive surface structures. Deuteron® ST 500 finds application in various coatings and inks. Additionally, these additives can be seamlessly combined with other surface additives, such as matting agents or waxes, offering enhanced versatility in achieving desired surface textures and effects in coatings and inks.
