Trapylen® 113 X is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene distinguished by its exceptional affinity to polyolefinic plastics, including PP, PP/EPDM-blends, and, to a limited extent in adhesion strength, PE. Notably, it features a higher molecular weight and a narrow molecular weight distribution compared to other modified chlorinated types. With a reduced content of maleic anhydride, this product exhibits excellent compatibility properties with other binder resins. Trapylen® 113 X is versatile, serving as either a straight primer or an adhesion promoter for base coats and pigmented primers. Its primary application lies in paintings and coatings for molded parts, particularly sealing profiles in the automotive industry, such as bumpers, side panels, and door seals.

Rowaflon® G-75368 is a product designed for specific applications, serving as a UV protection primer and finding utility in textile architecture. Supplied in a solution form with a white color, it contains solvents such as methylethylketone, methoxypropylacetate, and cyclohexanone. This product is characterized by its weather resistance, long-term UV protection, incorporation of an inorganic UV absorber (TiO2), and excellent adhesion to soft PVC, with the caveat that it is only limitedly suitable for colored substrates and is not recommended for use as a top coat.

Rowakryl® M-35366 is a product specifically designed for the application of PVC synthetic leather. It is supplied in solution form and is colorless and opaque. The resin system of this product comprises acrylic and PVC, while the included solvents are methyl ethyl ketone and methoxy propyl acetate. Key characteristics of Rowakryl® M-35366 include flexibility, a matte finish, abrasion resistance, non-blocking properties, good lightfastness, and chemical resistance. Application methods for this product include rotogravure and magnet bar techniques.

Distinguished by a higher molecular weight and a narrow molecular weight distribution compared to other modified chlorinated types, Trapylen® 112 S finds versatile applications. It can be employed as a straight primer or as an adhesion promoter for base coats and pigmented primers. Its primary use is in paintings and coatings for molded parts, as well as sealing profiles in the automotive industry, exemplified in applications such as bumpers, side panels, and door seals.

Trapylen® 920 S is newly developed chlorine-free polyolefin with excellent adhesion properties on polyolefinic substrates such as polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and - with limitations to adhesion strength as well to polyethylene. Further advantage of this grade is its good solubility in non-aromatic solvents. TRAPYLEN® 920 S is used as adhesion promoter for in printing inks, adhesives and paints, or as a straight primer.
