Depending on the application TRAPUR® is ready-to-use products or additives to increase adhesion strength. There is a wide range of applications for these products, the main ones being:

Pretreatment of moulded plastics
Pretreatment of films, foils and sheets
Formulation of printing inks for polyolefinics

Case I of application:

In general CPO´s having the best adhesion strength onto plastics which are difficult to adhere to, like PP, blends of PP/EPDM and GMT .
A TRAPUR® resin solution can be applied as a primer. Alternatively TRAPYLEN® can be modified with other binder resins and pigments and can be applied as a pigmented primer.

Case II of application:

TRAPUR® and TRAPUR® are ready-to-use products for coating of TPO- films.

Case III of application:

In solvent based printing inks to be applied onto PP and other polyolefinic TRAPUR® is suitable as additive to increase adhesion strength.
Suitable adhesion additives for UV- curable printing inks are our TRAPUR® 5000 UV- series.
