TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

FILCO® 8001 presents as a milky liquid and is classified as an unsaturated polyester-epoxy polymer within a non-ionic water emulsion. It is recommended as a film for glass fiber sizing, particularly for applications involving translucent sheet roving, spray roving, and mat roving.

ACAPULCO BLUE Pigment Dispersion (PU Foams) is a color reference specially formulated for the coloration of flexible, rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane foams. It is based on organic pigments dispersed in carriers. This shade, and our other color dispersions, are fully compatible with both polyester and polyether polyurethane foams. 

Addition rates range between 0,1% to 5% on polyol, depending on the desired shade. The illustration simulates shade and colour intensity at a concentration of 2%, at 40 Kg/m3 density.

ACAPULCO BLUE Pigment Dispersion (PU Foams)

Glyzer CT100 serves as an emollient and aids in improving the skin barrier. It acts as an alternative to silicone, mineral oil, or petroleum-derived oil. Its benefits include being lightweight, non-tacky, adding shine to hair, effectively removing waterproof cosmetics, and offering safe, non-toxic, moisturizing properties. It finds applications in cosmetics, skin care, and sun care products.

Repi ULTA WHITE is a special range developed to meet global PU market requirements of high technical performances, cost effectiveness and environmental sustainability. Formulated to obtain perfect pigment distribution in the PU foams, extremely high light fastness behavior and low viscosity. It provides perfect compatibility with all PU systems. It is recommended for PU applications such as footwear, integral skin and elastomers.

ULTA WHITE

Glyzer CB100 acts as a skin and hair emollient, offering an alternative to shea butter and cocoa butter. Its advantages include a melting property upon skin contact and a light color that doesn't alter the final product's appearance. This makes it suitable for use in cosmetics, hair care, skin care, and various cleansing products.

Deuteron® MM 823 is a compound consisting of organic Deuteron® PMU powder (polymethyl urea) blended with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). This combination results in a fine white powder. These additives serve versatile purposes, suitable for standalone use or in combination with other materials to enhance and diversify their properties across various applications.

Trapylen® 920 X is a versatile primer in the Polyolefins, Maleics chemical family, operates as both an adhesion promoter and coupling agent. As a ready-to-use product specifically formulated for lamination applications, it excels in optimizing adhesion. Notably chlorine-free, Trapylen® 920 X aligns with environmental considerations while providing superior performance. With application flexibility through spray, brush, and dip coating methods, this primer stands as an efficient choice for industries seeking reliable adhesion promotion in diverse lamination processes.

FILCO® 657/01 NP represents an unsaturated polyester resin available in powder form, presenting as an off-white, free-flowing powder. It serves as a recommended binder for producing insoluble glass mats. These mats, derived from chopped strands or continuous filaments, find application in various processes such as hot or cold press, pultrusion, vacuum, and injection (RTM) moldings.
