TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

FILCO® 339 represents an unsaturated polyester-epoxy resin meticulously crafted within a non-ionic water dispersion, dedicated to serving as a film former within glass fiber sizings. Its appearance is akin to that of a milky liquid. Notable product characteristics include a narrow particle size distribution, a prolonged shelf life attributed to hydrolytic resistance and fine particle size, as well as high mechanical shear stability, even in diluted emulsions.

FILCO® 309 represents an epoxy resin formulated in a non-ionic water emulsion, specifically designed as a film-former within glass fiber sizings. Its appearance is that of a milky liquid, while its defining product characteristics include pure epoxy resin composition, a narrow particle size distribution, stability against hydrolysis and sedimentation, and remarkable mechanical shear stability even in diluted emulsions.

FILCO® 663P is a bisphenolic, unsaturated polyester resin available in powder form, utilized both as a binder and a component in adhesive formulations. It appears as a light yellow, free-flowing powder. This material showcases traits such as corrosion resistance, excellent compatibility, free-flowing properties, good mechanical characteristics, a high molecular weight, and resistance to hydrolysis.

Deuteron® PMH F is a micronized deuteron plastic powder composed of PMU (polymethyl urea). It exhibits a minimal impact on viscosity and is specifically designed as a complementary agent to enhance the polishing and burnishing resistance of SiO₂. This product is supplied in powder form, facilitating its application in various processes.

FILCO® 621 is an unsaturated polyester resin formulated with ethoxylated BPA in powder form, primarily employed as a binder for Continuous Strand Mat (CSM). It exhibits a light yellow, free-flowing powder appearance. Key product characteristics include slower solubility in styrene compared to propoxylated binders, a strong binding capacity for glass fibers, excellent compatibility with unsaturated polyester matrices, and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of approximately 53°C.

Lansurf AE310W is a nonionic surfactant produced through the reaction of ethylene oxide on a synthetic primary alcohol. This versatile product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants. It demonstrates excellent oil/water and water/oil emulsification, wetting, and detergency properties. Lansurf AE310W finds application in various sectors, including textile auxiliaries, metal processing, paper, leather, standard industrial and domestic detergents, agrochemicals, and paints.

ABANO VIOLET Pigment Dispersion (PU Foams) is a color reference specially formulated for the coloration of flexible, rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane foams. It is based on organic pigments dispersed in carriers. This shade, and our other color dispersions, are fully compatible with both polyester and polyether polyurethane foams. 

Addition rates range between 0,1% to 5% on polyol, depending on the desired shade. The illustration simulates shade and colour intensity at a concentration of 2%, at 40 Kg/m3 density.
