FILCO® 669 PMX represents a bisphenolic, unsaturated polyester resin available in powder form, serving as a styrene-soluble binder specifically engineered for glass mat applications. Presented in a powdered physical form, it belongs to the chemical family of Unsaturated Polyester (UPE). Within composite materials, its functionalities cover resin, binder, and matrix material roles, displaying compatibility with glass fiber reinforcements.

FILCO® 669 PMX

FILCO® PU 102, a polyurethane resin in milky liquid form, boasts stability across a wide pH range and showcases a narrow particle size distribution, ensuring consistency in its applications. Its high mechanical shear stability in diluted emulsion makes it suitable for use as a film in glass fiber sizes. Specifically designed for chopped strands for thermoplastic matrices, particularly polyamides, it enhances the properties required for these materials' reinforcement and compatibility.

Lansperse SL 18 is a hyperdispersant for solvent systems. Dispersing agents play a crucial role in the coatings industry by facilitating the dispersion of solid particles into a liquid medium. Acting as a barrier to prevent re-agglomeration of particles, Lansperse SL 18 follows the concept of steric stabilization, making it valuable for maintaining particle dispersion in solvent systems.

ROPE Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head.

ROPE Pigment Dispersion (Footwear)

19% Magnesium Glycinate is a valuable source of magnesium intricately bound to a food-grade amino acid, boasting a concentration of 19%. Tailored for food and supplement fortification, this product offers flexibility of use at the formulator's discretion, meeting specific mineral requirements. With a white color and a fine powder appearance featuring a fluid texture, 19% Magnesium Glycinate is crafted through a meticulous process involving dosing, chemical synthesis, drying, packaging, and conditioning.

Rowakryl® M-35023W is tailored for applications involving PVC tarpaulin and material for advertising. Supplied in a waterborne dispersion form with a white color, it features a resin system composed of polyurethane, acrylic, and PVC. Solvents included are water and EDG. The product is characterized by flexibility, a silk gloss finish, slip resistance, high-frequency weldability (HF-weldable), non-blocking properties, and printability. Application methods for Rowakryl® M-35023W include rotogravure and magnet bar techniques.

Trapylen® 187 EAC is a chlorinated polypropylene dissolved in ethyl acetate. It possesses a slightly lower chlorine content compared to the similar Trapylen® 186 EAC but maintains good compatibility with other resins and polymers, along with excellent pigment wetting. The cured film exhibits high gloss and very good chemical and aging resistance. The primary advantage of Trapylen® 187 EAC lies in its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, with limitations, polyethylene. However, its resistance against fatty oil and grease is limited and may be compensated for by using it with low-chlorinated Trapylen® grades.

Laripur® RS 6580 is a soft, polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane. It contains a phthalatefree plasticizer. It is produced starting from raw materials derived from renewable sources. The content of carbon deriving from renewable sources is approximately 45% of the total carbon (based on calculations).
