Lansurf SMO80 is a versatile solution with multiple functions, serving as a nonionic surfactant, emulsifier, and anti-fogging agent. Tailored for use in suspension polymerization and emulsion polymerization processes, this liquid-form product maintains a clear amber appearance and is free from foreign matter at 25°C. With a characteristic odor, Lansurf SMO80 is not only biodegradable but also water-soluble, making it a sustainable and easily incorporable choice for various formulations.

Lansperse RPS 11 is a part of our innovative rapeseed biobased product line. Derived from rapeseed, a sustainable crop with no environmental concerns, these products are crafted using our proprietary bioloop technology. In this unique process, two hydrophobes attach to particle surfaces, enhancing the dispersing action and promoting stability.

Lanquat CAE-D is a clear amber liquid free from foreign matter. Its composition includes quaternised fatty amine ethoxylate. The characteristic odor and its solubility in water make it suitable for various applications. It functions as a quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant, serving as an antistatic agent and textile auxiliary component. Lanquat CAE-D is generally compatible with most other cationic and nonionic materials but is not compatible with anionic surfactants.

ANTISCORCHING are liquid blends of selected antioxidants and process stabilizers tailored to improve PU foam heat resistance and polyol storage stability giving a strong protection against oxidation. New Low-Emission formulations are recommended when extra low VOC emissions and Fogging properties are required. They help manufacturers meet the strict specifications for polyether and polyester foams by improving the total emission levels of finished foams. Particularly indicated to stabilize polyol used in flexible, rigid and semi-rigid PU foams for bedding, furniture and automotive applications, they can be used in combination with UV STABILISERS or WHITE FOAM STABILISERS to further enhance final product properties. ANTISCORCHING enhance the antiscorching effectiveness of PU foams and give good color stability minimizing the foam discoloration when exposed to NOx and upon exposure to light

Lansurf CAPO is a salt-free amine oxide surfactant that is stable over a wide pH range. It is suitable for anionic based formulations as it can provide foam boosting, viscosity building and foam stability properties. Lansurf CAPO can also be used as a wetting agent especially in concentrated electrolyte solutions. Due to its easy thermal degradation, this product is useful as a non-rewetting agent for textiles. This product is also found to be readily biodegradable and would not expect to persist indefinitely in the environment. Lansurf CAPO is used in many applications as an effective secondary surfactant such as Industrial and Institutional Cleaners, Liquid Dishwash, Viscosity Builders, Acid and Alkaline Cleaners.

Deuteron® ES 222 is a synthesized compound originating from multifunctional organic bases and fatty acids, primarily within the C14–C20 chain length, predominantly C18. Specifically designed as a defoamer for unsaturated polyesters, it enhances both pigment and substrate wetting. This solution is characterized by its clear, yellow-liquid appearance.

TT 50S (Sodium Tolyltriazole 50%) is a 43% active aqueous solution of methyl 1 H-benzotriazole (tolyltriazole), functioning as a corrosion inhibitor for copper and copper alloys. TT 50S forms a barrier film on the surface of copper, precipitating copper from solution and thereby providing galvanic corrosion protection for other metals. It finds use in various applications, including circulating cooling systems such as cooling towers, air conditioning systems, and cutting and grinding fluids. Additionally, it is applicable in functional fluids, corrosion preventative coatings, and cleaners.

Lanphos PE74 is a cetyl oleyl ethoxy phosphate with outstanding emulsification characteristics. Its key properties encompass being oil-soluble, exhibiting excellent emulsification characteristics, providing lubricity as an extreme pressure additive, functioning as a corrosion inhibitor, and featuring low foam characteristics. Applications for Lanphos PE74 include multifunctional metalworking fluid additives, extreme pressure additives, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, metal cleaning, emulsion polymerization, and textile lubricants.

Lanspec HE10 is a blended surfactant system designed for the emulsification of various oil types, including mineral oil and vegetable oil. Due to its nonionic nature, Lanspec HE10 is suitable for systems containing both cations and anions. At 20°C, it appears as a clear to hazy amber liquid, is free from foreign matter, and is dispersible in water.

Kemsurf EM9 is an AEP-free alcohol ether sulfate. Primarily used as a performance substitute for Nonyl Phenol Ether Sulfates in emulsion polymerization systems, Kemsurf EM9 finds application in various areas. Its versatility extends to being a foam stabilizer in liquid detergents, a primary detergent and foaming agent in industrial and institutional cleaning formulations, a general foaming agent, a dispersing agent, and an emulsion polymerization component.

Lansurf AE320W is a nonionic surfactant known for its good oil/water and water/oil emulsification, wetting, and detergency properties. It is particularly recognized as an excellent emulsifier for emulsion polymerization systems such as vinyl acetate homopolymer, presenting as a clear liquid free from foreign matter at 25°C.

ERICE RED Pigment Dispersion (PU Foams) is a color reference specially formulated for the coloration of flexible, rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane foams. It is based on organic pigments dispersed in carriers. This shade, and our other color dispersions, are fully compatible with both polyester and polyether polyurethane foams. Addition rates range between 0,1% to 5% on polyol, depending on the desired shade. The illustration simulates shade and colour intensity at a concentration of 2%, at 40 Kg/m3 density. ProFlex 9S Reactive Plasticizer serves as an effective plasticizer for melamine and various other resins, contributing to enhanced stability, flexibility, and flow properties of these materials. Its applications extend to low-pressure melamine formaldehyde laminates, urea formaldehyde resins, and as a reactive plasticizer in epoxy, polyurethane, and melamine-based resins. Systems treated with ProFlex 9S exhibit improved resistance to oils, solvents, and moisture. Additionally, in coatings, it imparts fungicidal activity.
