Lansurf CO12 is a nonionic surfactant derived from the ethoxylation of castor oil. This product provides good emulsification, wetting, detergency, and lubricity. It is of low toxicity and has received food contact approval. Lansurf CO12 possesses notable lubricity in solution and is suitable for use in metal-forming applications as a plastic mold release agent. It also serves as a general emulsifier for oils.

Citriflex 84 is a non-toxic, innocuous tributyl ester renowned for its plasticizing properties in aqueous and solvent-based polymers. This versatile plasticizer extends a spectrum of advantages when incorporated into various polymer formulations, including acrylic, methacrylic, ethylcellulose, hydroxymethyl cellulose, nitrocellulose, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, vinylpyrrolidone, vinylidene chloride, and urethane compositions.

ProFlex DROP is a low-viscosity phosphate ester plasticizer with commendable gelling behavior in flexible PVC. Its versatility extends to functioning as a flame retardant in materials such as TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber), and cellulose acetate. Particularly recommended for applications where fire risk reduction is a priority, ProFlex DROP appears as a clear or light yellow transparent liquid. Its multifunctional properties make it a valuable choice for enhancing both the flexibility of PVC and the flame retardancy of various materials.

ProFlex 8 is a versatile mixture of ortho and para-n-ethyl toluenesulfonamide, renowned for its broad compatibility as a plasticizer. Beyond its plasticizing capabilities, this product excels at promoting adhesion and exhibits excellent thermal stability. Its high polarity makes it particularly effective in readily plasticizing a range of materials, including nylon, various polyamides, shellac, cellulose acetate, and protein-based materials. Notably, ProFlex 8 stands out for its ability to create compounds resistant to oils, solvents, and greases, further enhancing its utility in diverse applications.

Trapylen® 150 T is a suitable product for coating plastic parts, particularly when used as a primer. In this application, the product is applied as a resin solution without the need for modification with other binder resins. Application methods include dip-coating, spraying guns, or the tampon printing method. A notable property of Trapylen® 150 T is its function as a plasticizer for CPO films, with toluene employed as the solvent.

ProFlex 4 serves as a plasticizer compatible with various resins, including polyacetals, polycarbonates, polysulfones, and polyamides. Its attributes encompass enhanced low-temperature flexibility, improved finish quality, heat stability up to 80 degrees celsius, augmented shape stability through decreased water absorption, and simplified mold removal processes.
