Deuteron® SF 505 is a micronized deuteron plastic powder formulated from PMU (polymethyl urea). It serves as a thermoset additive designed to enhance slip and scratch resistance across various systems. This additive is versatile and serves as an alternative to PTFE and PTFE-modified waxes, effectively improving scratch resistance and slip characteristics in diverse applications.

Kemsurf ASC, a pale yellow liquid, is a sodium-neutralized alkyl ether sulfate used for its foaming, wetting, and cleaning properties. It demonstrates stability in high electrolyte and hard water conditions, tolerating mildly alkaline solutions at room temperature. However, it's susceptible to hydrolysis in acidic environments. It is widely applied as a foaming agent and stabilizer in industrial cleaning due to its versatile nature.

Lanphos TEP 4 is a phosphate ester manufactured using polyphosphoric acid, leading to a product consisting predominantly of mono-esters. Its key advantage over conventional anionics is its excellent stability in high concentrations of acid, alkali, and electrolyte. Supplied in acid form, it can be neutralized with various bases to produce a salt. Lanphos TEP4 provides good wetting, detergency, lubricity, and emulsification properties.

Derived from rapeseed, a sustainable crop with no environmental concerns, these products leverage our proprietary BioLoop technology. In this technology, two hydrophobes adhere to particle surfaces, enhancing the stability of the dispersing action.

Dfoam AR2 serves as an effective antifoam agent specifically tailored for aqueous dispersions. In formulations where surfactants or dispersing agents contribute to foam buildup, Dfoam AR2 plays a crucial role in mitigating excessive foaming, particularly in mechanical or agitated systems. Its design addresses the challenges of foam accumulation during processing, providing an efficient solution to significantly minimize such issues in aqueous dispersions.

Deuteron® WAX PP2 is a micronized modified polypropylene wax with well-balanced properties and an attractive economic profile. It's a versatile product suitable for various applications such as solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (like UV curable), and powder coatings. This wax provides an elegant surface feel, good matting, and excellent mechanical stability. When used with silica, it enhances the polishing resistance and settling properties of heavy materials. In powder coatings, Deuteron® WAX PP2 contributes to good degassing properties.

Lansurf SP41 is a biodegradable electrolyte-soluble surfactant. This specially formulated system is designed for use in highly alkaline and acidic cleaning concentrates. Lansurf SP41 stands out with its low foam characteristics, making it ideal for applications with high agitation or in pressure spray techniques.

Deuteron® MM 659 combines organic Deuteron® PMU powders (polymethyl urea) with inorganic matting agents in a synergistic blend. Specifically engineered as matting agents, they excel within radiation-curable systems. The appearance of this product is characterized by fine white powders, offering a specialized solution for achieving desired surface finishes in radiation-curable applications.

Deuteron® ND 953 serves as an aqueous solution containing sodium polyaldehyde carboxylate. This compound functions as a dispersant, particularly beneficial for dispersing inorganic pigments and fillers within water-based formulations. Additionally, it efficiently reduces viscosity, especially in highly filled emulsion paints and plasters, aiding in their application and consistency.
