TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

FILCO® 8004 is a specialized modified epoxy-phenol novolac resin presented in a non-ionic water dispersion, serving as a film former in sizings for glass fiber applications. Functioning as an essential film-forming component, this resin belongs to the chemical family of Phenol and Cresol Epoxy Resins (Novolac) and Epoxy and Epoxy Derivatives. Its unique formulation and role make FILCO 8004 a crucial element in the production of sizings for glass fiber, contributing to the enhancement of overall performance and properties in composite materials.

P.A.T Trityl Chloride refers to a triphenylmethanyl compound where three phenyl rings are bonded to a single carbon. This efficient tritylation and detritylation agent finds application as an intermediate in the production of pharmaceuticals, dyes, and various industrial chemical products. Its appearance is in the form of a white crystal powder.

Lansurf SMO81 can be used singularly or in combination with esters such as Lansurf SMO. Typical applications include agrochemical formulations, as anti-fogging agents in plastic films, textile fiber lubricants and softener and as secondary emulsifiers in suspension and emulsion polymerisation. This product is also found to be readily biodegradable and would not expect to persist indefinitely in the environment

Repi UV STABILISER combines UV absorbers and anti-oxidants in liquid blends, specifically designed to enhance UV and heat resistance in PU and TPU applications. The HP-UV REPITAN variant is particularly recommended for various applications, including flexible and rigid PU foam, C.A.S.E. (coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers), as well as industries like automotive and transportation, furniture and bedding, footwear, building and construction, and marine and offshore applications. These stabilizers are crafted to fortify materials against UV degradation and heat exposure in diverse manufacturing sectors.

In its physical form, it exists as a liquid and carries the labeling claim of being non-flammable. The composition of this product aligns with the polymer category of epoxy-polyester resin.

FILCO® 656-1 is an unsaturated polyester resin available in powder form, incorporating a catalyst and an antiblocking agent. It presents as an off-white powder. This product is recommended as an insoluble binder specifically designed for the production of Continuous Filament Mat (CFM). FILCO® 303I is an epoxy resin formulated into a non-ionic water emulsion, specifically intended as a film former within glass fiber sizings.
