TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

FILCO® 8890 HP is an epoxy resin available as a milky liquid in a non-ionic water emulsion, designed as a film-former in glass fiber sizings. It utilizes special surface-active agents, enabling higher solid content without viscosity elevation. This product boasts characteristics such as being a pure epoxy resin, having a narrow particle size distribution, demonstrating hydrolysis and sedimentation stability, featuring high mechanical shear stability of the diluted emulsion, and achieving a very high solid content.

FILCO® 7703 is an unsaturated polyester resin provided in non-ionic water dispersion, serving as a film former in glass fiber sizings. It presents as a milky liquid. Notable characteristics of this product include an integrated non-ionic emulsifier within the polymer, high mechanical shear stability when the emulsion is diluted, and impressive hydrolysis and sedimentation stability across a broad pH range.

FILCO® 8800 is an epoxy-ester resin available as a non-ionic water microemulsion. It appears as a milky-to-hazy liquid and is primarily compatible with carbon fiber reinforcements. This resin is labeled as non-flammable and possesses excellent compatibility properties within the epoxy ester chemical family.

FILCO® 8270 is a milky liquid epoxy resin presented in a non-ionic water emulsion. Characterized by its pure epoxy resin content and narrow particle size distribution, this product boasts high mechanical shear stability in diluted emulsion states. Primarily used as a film for glass fiber sizes, it finds applications in filament winding roving, panel roving, and woven roving. It can be employed individually or in combination with other emulsions.

Lansurf SMS60-FG can be used singularly or in combination with esters such as Lansurf SMS. Typical applications include agrochemical formulations, as anti-fogging agents in plastic films, textile fiber lubricants and softener and as secondary emulsifiers in suspension and emulsion polymerisation. This product is also found to be readily biodegradable and would not expect to persist indefinitely in the environment.

Lanspec OC 200 is a 1:1 tall oil fatty acid imidazolines produced to a high ring closure/imidazolines content and finds application as a primary component in the formulation of corrosion inhibitors. Lanspec OC200 finds applications in a wide range of corrosion inhibitor formulations.

HOLLYWOOD Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. Agrosurf NEC12 is a speciality nonionic developed as an emulsifier for use in emulsifiable concentrate formulations. It can be used in conjunction with the anionics found in the Agrosurf AEC range. A combination of both anionic and nonionic emulsifiers can provide good synergistic effects in terms of emulsion quality and stability

Lansurf TA15 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the alkoxylation of ethylene oxide with tallow amine. This product has good compatibility with other nonionic, anionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants. Lansurf TA15 finds application in a variety of industries such as textiles, paints, metal working, agriculture and polish manufacture. In particular Lansurf TA15 is used in textile applications as a leveling agent and anti-precipitant and is used as a primary wetting agent in acid and alkaline formulations for metal cleaning and the stripping of surface coatings.

Lansurf AE107 is a nonionic surfactant derived from the reaction of 7 moles of ethylene oxide with a 2-propyl heptanol base. This specific ethylene oxide range provides a versatile product with a broad spectrum of applications, particularly excelling in detergency and wetting. Notably, Lansurf AE107 is distinguished by its positive environmental profile, marked by high biodegradability.

FILCO® 8110 is a non-ionic aqueous dispersion featuring a thermoreactive phenolic resin, purposefully tailored as a sizing agent for glass fiber. Its application ensures excellent fiber protection, imparting desirable traits like hydrophobicity as well as enhanced resistance against hydrolysis and high temperatures. This formulation presents itself as a milky liquid.

Lansperse PPD 01 is used as a dispersing agent and carrier for pigment master-batches. Lansperse PPD01 is thermostable and is hydrophobic to aid compatibility with carriers such as polymers, thermoplastics and rubber. Lansperse PPD01 disperses color evenly throughout pigments concentrate to ensure even color distribution through bulk systems.

Lanphos TEP 4 is a phosphate ester manufactured using polyphosphoric acid, leading to a product consisting predominantly of mono-esters. Its key advantage over conventional anionics is its excellent stability in high concentrations of acid, alkali, and electrolyte. Supplied in acid form, it can be neutralized with various bases to produce a salt. Lanphos TEP4 provides good wetting, detergency, lubricity, and emulsification properties.
