Lansperse RPS 43 is the latest addition to our innovative rapeseed biobased product range, showcasing heightened hydrophilicity, evident in its HLB value. Derived from rapeseed, a sustainable crop with no environmental concerns, these products leverage our proprietary BioLoop technology. In this technology, two hydrophobes adhere to particle surfaces, enhancing the stability of the dispersing action.

Applications & Uses

Applications
  • The Lansperse RPS43 shows itself to be a good dispersing agent for the type of carbon black that we utilized in the testing protocol, namely Eltex 430.
  • Future work will look at other grades of carbon black. It seems to compare favorably with our standard recommendation for carbon blacks (Lansperse LT87) but gives the formulator a 100% biobased alternative.
