TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

Lansurf CDE-G, a coconut diethanolamide, is crafted through a reaction process that includes some free glycerol in the final product. Recognized for its commendable foaming stability, soil suspension, and thickening properties, Lansurf CDE-G finds application as a versatile foam stabilizer, detergent, emulsifier, and dispersing agent. Its efficacy as a foam stabilizer stands out, whether used independently or in blends.

T.B. Fruit Apple pectin HM-SSB 1 is a high-esterified, slow-set pectin derived from apple pomace and standardized with sucrose. In addition to apple pectin and sucrose, this product contains potassium sodium tartrate (E337) and sodium polyphosphate (E452i). Widely used as a texture in the food industry, it is employed in the manufacture of confectionery.

Deuteron® LE 15P comprises a quaternary ammonium salt absorbed onto a SiO2 carrier. As a cationic surfactant, it functions as an antistatic agent across multiple applications. Its primary mode of operation revolves around surface migration and orientation. The product is presented as a white powder.

Deuteron® ST-S as a texturing agent are coarse duromeric plastic powders formulated from PMU (polymethylurea). These agents serve as texture and structuring agents, facilitating functional, haptic, and decorative effects across various applications. As thermoset structuring agents, they are provided in five different particle sizes, allowing for versatility in achieving specific textural characteristics to meet diverse application requirements.

This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head.

Willy Benecke Gum Arabic Spray-dried Powder Type 4812 constitutes the dried gummy exudation from Acacia Senegal or related species. This purified, fine, fast-soluble spray-dried gum Arabic powder is free of major allergens and suitable for vegans.

Trapylen® 137 T is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene renowned for its exceptional affinity to polyolefinic plastics like PP, PP/EPDM blends, and, to a certain extent, PE. It serves a dual purpose as both a straight primer and an adhesion promoter, proving valuable for base coats and pigmented primers. Its primary application lies in the realm of paintings and coatings for molded components and sealing profiles within the automotive sector, spanning areas like bumpers, side panels, and door seals. Additionally, Trapylen® finds utility in adhesives and flocking agents for door seals, as well as in various industrial applications where chemically pretreated PP-based plastics are employed.

FILCO® 389 represents a highly unsaturated polyester resin meticulously dispersed within a non-ionic water dispersion, specifically employed as a film former in glass fiber sizings. Notably, FILCO® 389 does not contain DAP (diallyl phthalate) and is suitable for applications involving food contact. Its appearance is that of a milky liquid. Key product characteristics include high unsaturation, integration of a non-ionic emulsifier within the polymer, stability against hydrolysis and sedimentation, a narrow particle size distribution, and remarkable high mechanical shear stability, even in diluted emulsions.
