TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

FILCO® 7707 is an aqueous dispersion featuring an aliphatic, blocked polyurethane resin formulated for glass fiber sizing. This innovative resin ensures exceptional characteristics, including high hydrolytical resistance, compatibility with PA matrices, and the ability to significantly enhance the mechanical properties of the final composite material.

FILCO® 766 is a highly unsaturated polyester resin available in non-ionic water dispersion, specifically formulated as a film former in glass fiber sizings. Notably, FILCO® 766is free from DAP (Diallyl phthalate) and is deemed suitable for food contact applications. Its appearance resembles that of a milky liquid. Key product characteristics include high unsaturation, a non-ionic emulsifier integrated into the polymer, impressive hydrolysis and sedimentation stability, a narrow particle size distribution, and robust mechanical shear stability when the emulsion is diluted.

JADE Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head. 

To create your own color, submit a request or contact an Expert to receive our color match form.

KISS Pigment Dispersion (Footwear)

Lansurf CDE-G, a coconut diethanolamide, is crafted through a reaction process that includes some free glycerol in the final product. Recognized for its commendable foaming stability, soil suspension, and thickening properties, Lansurf CDE-G finds application as a versatile foam stabilizer, detergent, emulsifier, and dispersing agent. Its efficacy as a foam stabilizer stands out, whether used independently or in blends.

Agrosurf NEC15T is a specialty nonionic compound tailored as an emulsifier for formulating emulsifiable concentrates. It works in tandem with the anionic elements present in the Agrosurf AEC range. This combination proves particularly effective in crafting emulsifiable organo-phosphorous insecticides and phenoxy ester herbicides.

Lansurf STO85 serves as a multifunctional ingredient, acting as a nonionic surfactant, emulsifier, and anti-fogging agent. It belongs to the ethoxylates and sorbitan ester ethoxylates chemical families. Labeled as biodegradable and free from foreign matter, it possesses characteristics of biodegradability and water solubility, making it suitable for applications where these features are required.

FILCO® 7607 is an unsaturated polyester resin offered in a non-ionic water emulsion, designed as a film-former for glass fiber sizings. Its appearance is akin to that of a milky liquid. Notable characteristics of this product include a built-in non-ionic emulsifier within the polymer, a narrow particle size distribution, an extended shelf life due to hydrolytic resistance and fine particle size, high mechanical shear stability when the emulsion is diluted, and exceptional hydrolysis and sedimentation stability across a wide pH range.
