TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

SECRET Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head.

SECRET Pigment Dispersion (Footwear)

Trapylen® 196 X is a low-chlorinated liquid polypropylene, presenting as a slightly yellowish, higher-viscous liquid. It exhibits generally excellent adhesion to polypropylene, PP-modified thermoplastic rubbers, and, with certain limitations, to polyethylene. The primary application of Trapylen® 196 X is as a primer in surface treatment and as an adhesion promoter for adhesives in the processing of polyolefins. This includes various processes such as painting, printing, bonding, and laminating, among others.

RAMARRO GREEN Pigment Dispersion (Elastomers) is a color reference specially formulated for elastomeric polyurethanes. These colors can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head. The side-panel showing this color reference simulates tone and intensity of color at an LDR of 1%. Color tones may undergo variations depending on the elastomeric system used.

RAMARRO GREEN Pigment Dispersion (Elastomers)

FILCO® 354N represents an unsaturated polyester resin finely crafted within a non-ionic water dispersion, serving as a film former within glass fiber sizings. Its presentation showcases a milky liquid appearance. Key product characteristics encompass a non-ionic emulsifier inherent within the polymer, a narrow particle size distribution, a prolonged shelf life attributed to hydrolytic resistance and fine particle size, high mechanical shear stability even in diluted emulsions, and robust stability against hydrolysis and sedimentation across a wide pH range.

Kemsurf OS38 is a product known for its effective foaming and excellent detergency. It finds application in a wide range of industrial and domestic scenarios where superior detergency and wetting properties are essential. Key properties of Kemsurf OS38 include higher solubility compared to dodecylbenzenesulphonates and alkyl sulfates, attributed to the hydroxy group, and the presence of unsaturated links in alkenyl derivatives. Additionally, it demonstrates good chemical stability, making it suitable for use in strong acid or alkaline formulations.

FILCO® 366 is a highly unsaturated polyester resin meticulously dispersed within a non-ionic water dispersion, dedicated to serving as a film former in glass fiber sizings. Its appearance is that of a milky liquid. Key product characteristics encompass its high unsaturation, integration of a non-ionic emulsifier within the polymer, stability against hydrolysis and sedimentation, a narrow particle size distribution, and high mechanical shear stability, even in diluted emulsions.

Fil-Amide® 181 is an amide-based additive designed for oil drilling and production processes. It's classified under the amides chemical family and offers several functionalities in industrial applications. Its features include high performance across a wide temperature range and acting as a corrosion inhibitor. Within industrial settings, it serves as an emulsifier for oil-in-water, a foaming agent, a lubricant, and a wetting agent. It holds labeling claims for being bio-based, non-flammable, non-toxic, and sustainable, meeting various safety and environmental standards in its application.

Deuteron® SR 28 is a natural biopolymer derived from polysaccharides. It demonstrates solubility in both cold and hot water, forming pseudoplastic solutions. This product exhibits a milky, yellowish appearance and is supplied in powdered form, offering versatility in its application and formulation.
