TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

FILCO® 8270 is a milky liquid epoxy resin presented in a non-ionic water emulsion. Characterized by its pure epoxy resin content and narrow particle size distribution, this product boasts high mechanical shear stability in diluted emulsion states. Primarily used as a film for glass fiber sizes, it finds applications in filament winding roving, panel roving, and woven roving. It can be employed individually or in combination with other emulsions.

FILCO® 8270

FILCO® 8800 is an epoxy-ester resin available as a non-ionic water microemulsion. It appears as a milky-to-hazy liquid and is primarily compatible with carbon fiber reinforcements. This resin is labeled as non-flammable and possesses excellent compatibility properties within the epoxy ester chemical family.

Laripur® 7711 is a TPU, but the specific polymer name is unspecified. It is provided in pellet form and available in bags or octabins. This versatile TPU is suitable for a range of processing methods, including extrusion and injection molding, within the realm of plastics and elastomers. Notably, Laripur® 7711 is known for its high modulus, making it a valuable choice for various applications.

P.A.T TEC-250 - Alkyl Phenolic Tackifier Resin is a tackifier resin derived from the reaction between octyl phenol and formaldehyde. It is soluble in oils and compatible with various synthetic rubbers. The resin is in regular reddish pieces approximately 6 mm in length. Its primary application is as a tackifier in the tire and belt industry.

Trapylen® 777 is a modified, low chlorinated polypropylene with reactive groups in order to crosslink e.g. with Desmodur N 3390, Z 4370 or other polyisocyanates. The polymer is dissolved in a mixture of toluene, cyclohexane and butylacetate (ratio: 70+20+10). Main merit is its good adhesion strength on polyolefinic plastics. Adhesion and film flexibility of TRAPYLEN® 777 can be increased when adding maleic modified CPO's like TRAPYLEN® 130 X.

FILCO® 657/01 NP represents an unsaturated polyester resin available in powder form, presenting as an off-white, free-flowing powder. It serves as a recommended binder for producing insoluble glass mats. These mats, derived from chopped strands or continuous filaments, find application in various processes such as hot or cold press, pultrusion, vacuum, and injection (RTM) moldings.

FILCO® 8890 HP is an epoxy resin available as a milky liquid in a non-ionic water emulsion, designed as a film-former in glass fiber sizings. It utilizes special surface-active agents, enabling higher solid content without viscosity elevation. This product boasts characteristics such as being a pure epoxy resin, having a narrow particle size distribution, demonstrating hydrolysis and sedimentation stability, featuring high mechanical shear stability of the diluted emulsion, and achieving a very high solid content.

Rowakryl® G-34944W is a waterborne coating specifically formulated for book cover applications. It offers a high-gloss finish, enhancing the visual appeal of book covers. This product is soluble in both water and ethyl diglycol, providing versatility in application methods and ease of use for achieving desired finishes on book cover materials.
