P.A.T. Products LCS 1155 is a polyester-based TPU specifically developed for extrusion of films and sheets. Characterized by very good mechanical properties and good melting behaviour, it exhibits an excellent processability and it is consequently suggested for the manufacturing of profiles, sheets, films and coating applications.

Deuteron® WD PE is a dispersion of micronized Polyethylene wax, free of additives. Polyethylene waxes are preferred for their cost-effectiveness and positive impact on mechanical stability and visual appearance. The inclusion of Deuteron® WD PE improves resistance against abrasion and scratches, enhances matting, and creates a pleasant surface feel. Designed for ease of use in auto dosage units, this liquid dispersion is formulated without dispersing additives, emulsifiers, or defoamers, ensuring high compatibility without adversely affecting coating performance.

Deuteron® Wax PP is a micronized modified polypropylene wax known for its well-balanced properties and economical profile. It serves as a versatile product suitable for application in solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (e.g., UV curable), and powder coatings, offering a universal solution across various coating systems.

Deuteron® VT 856 is a suspension of Deuteron® XG in a solvent base. Its pasty form allows for easy manual dosing and stirring. This product is soluble in both cold and hot water, producing pseudoplastic solutions upon dissolution. It contains xanthan gum dispersed in 1-ethoxy-2-propanol.

Deuteron® AP 348 comprises polyethylene wax presented in coarse particle form, specifically pastilles tailored for application in powder coatings. Due to its presentation, it requires extrusion or melting as part of the manufacturing process. Its appearance showcases white pastilles, facilitating ease of use within powder coating applications.

Sucroplast ATBC is a product resulting from the acetylation of tributyl citrate, a citric acid ester presented as a clear liquid with a distinctive odor. Recommended for use as a plasticizer in applications with food contact, it is easily biodegradable in polyvinyl chloride polymers (PVC) and cellulose derivatives. It also serves as a solvent and fixative in the flexographic and perfumery industries.

It's designed to offer an excellent velvet surface feel, improved sanding properties, and grain enhancement (anfeuerung). This easy-to-use liquid is suitable for auto dosage units and is formulated without dispersing additives, emulsifiers, or defoamers, ensuring high compatibility without negatively impacting coating performance.

Lansperse BIO691 is a cutting-edge dispersing agent within our new line, featuring components derived from renewable sources. Distinguished by exceptional wetting and dispersing capabilities, it proves effective for a diverse range of inorganic and organic pigments and powders. Unlike conventional dispersing agents, BioLoops, its unique structure, incorporates two hydrophobe groups, doubling its effectiveness in attaching to particle substrates. This product stands out by seamlessly dispersing particles in both aqueous and solvent-based mediums.

Lansperse SL18-60 is a hyperdispersant designed for solvent systems in the coatings industry. Dispersing agents, like SL18-60, play a crucial role in the dispersion of solid particles into liquid mediums. The mechanism involves the surfactant anchoring onto particle substrates and creating a barrier to prevent the re-agglomeration of particles. This process is commonly known as steric stabilization. The unique formulation of Lansperse SL18-60 makes it effective in maintaining particle dispersion in solvent systems, contributing to improved stability and performance in coating applications.

Trapylen® 196 S is a primer and adhesion promoter system designed for coating, bonding, printing, and laminating polyolefinic plastics. The primary raw materials it is compatible with include chlorinated polyolefins (CPO), chlorine-free modified polyolefins (APO), and polyurethanes (PUR). Notably, Trapylen® 196 S exhibits good heat seal properties, making it suitable for various applications in the mentioned areas. Xylene is utilized as the solvent in this formulation.

SIENA RED Pigment Dispersion (Flooring) is a color reference specially formulated for industrial flooring. Possible systems include polyurethane, polyurea, polyaspartic resin, and epoxy resin. This color reference is illustrated at an addition rate of 1%. To create your own color, submit a request or contact an Expert to receive our color match form. PAT is an authorized REPI formulator of liquid color dispersions. Trapylen® 145 X 5 is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene renowned for its remarkable affinity to polyolefinic plastics, including PP, PP/EPDM-blends, and, with certain limitations in adhesion strength, PE. The resin in Trapylen® 145 X 5 is characterized by a higher molecular weight within the range of 110,000 and a significantly lower chlorine content compared to other maleic-modified Trapylen® grades. These specific properties contribute to improved adhesion, as well as enhanced heat and chemical resistance. It is primarily utilized as a straight primer, with its principal application in the treatment of molded parts and sealing profiles in the automotive industry, including bumpers, side panels, and door seals.

Lansperse BIO868 is a bio-loop dispersing agent for aqueous systems, containing components that are 100% renewable. Offering excellent wetting and dispersing properties for various inorganic and organic pigment types, it is a sustainable option for formulators requiring good sustainability profiling along with excellent performance.

Deuteron® PMH C is a micronized deuteron plastic powder composed of PMU (polymethyl urea). It exhibits a minimal impact on viscosity and is specifically designed as a complementary agent to enhance the polishing and burnishing resistance of SiO₂. This product is supplied in powder form, facilitating its application in various processes.

Deuteron® LE 151 serves as a conductivity additive formulated with tetraalkylammonium ethyl sulfate. This anti-static additive enables the manipulation of surface and volume resistivity within diverse systems. Its effectiveness stems from surface migration and the ionic attributes of the cations, which play a pivotal role in the impact of Deuteron's anti-static additives.
