TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

MANILA YELLOW Pigment Dispersion (PU Foams) is a color reference specially formulated for the coloration of flexible, rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane foams. It is based on organic pigments dispersed in carriers. This shade, and our other color dispersions, are fully compatible with both polyester and polyether polyurethane foams. 

Addition rates range between 0,1% to 5% on polyol, depending on the desired shade. The illustration simulates shade and colour intensity at a concentration of 2%, at 40 Kg/m3 density.

MANILA YELLOW Pigment Dispersion (PU Foams)

PALOMA Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head.

PALOMA Pigment Dispersion (Footwear)

Lanphos PE74 is a cetyl oleyl ethoxy phosphate with outstanding emulsification characteristics. Its key properties encompass being oil-soluble, exhibiting excellent emulsification characteristics, providing lubricity as an extreme pressure additive, functioning as a corrosion inhibitor, and featuring low foam characteristics. Applications for Lanphos PE74 include multifunctional metalworking fluid additives, extreme pressure additives, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, metal cleaning, emulsion polymerization, and textile lubricants.

Deuteron® SF 505 is a micronized deuteron plastic powder formulated from PMU (polymethyl urea). It serves as a thermoset additive designed to enhance slip and scratch resistance across various systems. This additive is versatile and serves as an alternative to PTFE and PTFE-modified waxes, effectively improving scratch resistance and slip characteristics in diverse applications.

Laripur® 8125 EG is a polyester-based TPU combining excellent hydrolysis resistance with very good mechanical properties. The standard version is designed for injection molding e.g. of sport soles, wheels, screen elements and technical items, while the extrusion grade (EG) version for manufacturing of hoses, profiles, transmission belts and films.

Kemsurf SBE25 is the sodium salt derived from a biodegradable dodecylbenzene sulphonic acid, created through SO3 sulphonation to ensure a product with excellent color and low inorganic content. Serving multiple purposes, Kemsurf SBE25 acts as a detergent, emulsifier, wetting agent, and emulsifier in emulsion polymerization processes. Renowned for its compatibility with other anionic and nonionic surfactants, this product maintains stability, detergency, foaming power, and soil suspension across various conditions, including alkaline, mild acid, low electrolyte, and in hard or soft water environments.
