Lansperse DIS 145 is a dispersing agent, specifically sodium naphthalene sulphonate. It presents itself in a powder form, offering effective dispersion for aqueous-based pigments, fillers, and powder blends. This dispersing agent is particularly suitable for applications involving carbon black, zinc oxides, and dyes. Its powder-based nature makes it convenient for blending and dispersion purposes in various formulations.

FILCO® 7885 is an epoxy resin available in non-ionic water dispersion. It appears as a milky liquid and is presented in a liquid physical form. Notably, this product holds a labeling claim of being non-flammable.

FILCO® 7805 is a water-based dispersion comprising an aliphatic polyurethane resin, meticulously designed for application as a glass fiber sizing. Notably distinguished by its clear color, this dispersion ensures transparency in the final composite product. Its advantageous compatibility with PA (particularly PA6) matrices makes FILCO® 7805 seamlessly integrate into composite systems, contributing to enhanced overall performance. Furthermore, the dispersion exhibits commendable compatibility with sizing components, underscoring its versatility and ease of incorporation into various manufacturing processes. FILCO® 7805 emerges as a reliable choice for producing transparent and high-performance glass fiber-reinforced composites.

Lansurf AE73 is a biodegradable nonionic surfactant created through the reaction of ethylene oxide with cetyl oleyl alcohol. This product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants. It demonstrates effective oil/water emulsification and serves as a highly efficient emulsifier for vegetable and mineral oils, paraffin waxes, and alkyd resins. It finds applications in various areas, including metalworking, agrochemicals, and oilfield chemicals.

Trapylen® 190 S serves as an adhesion promoter for various applications involving the coating, bonding, printing, and laminating of polyolefinic plastics. Its primary function is to enhance adhesion to plastics. It belongs to the chemical family of chlorinated polyolefins (CPO) and is compatible with plastics. This product is utilized in packaging coatings, specifically primers and lacquers. Available in diverse forms such as solid resins, resin solutions in organic solvents, water-based dispersions, and UV-curable liquids, it makes for a versatile option across different application methods.

Rowakryl® G-35326W is a product designed for various applications, including use in truck tarps, halls, tents, and awnings. It is supplied in a water-borne dispersion form with a white color. The characteristics of this product include a glossy finish, flexibility, non-blocking properties, weather resistance, easy cleanability, and high-frequency weldability (HF-weldable). Application methods for Rowakryl® G-35326W encompass rotogravure and magnet bar techniques.

BERNINI Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head.

PAT is an authorized REPI formulator of liquid color dispersions. We match to PANTONE, RAL, and Federal Standard.

BERNINI Pigment Dispersion (Footwear)

Agrosurf NEC38 is an emulsifier belonging to the chemical family of alcohol ethoxylates. This liquid-form emulsifier is designed with the primary function of facilitating the emulsification process, aiding in the blending of substances that would typically not dissolve in one another. Its emulsifying properties make it suitable for various applications where uniform dispersion or blending is required, particularly in agricultural formulations or related industries.

Trapylen® 115 is a suitable product for coating plastic parts and is specifically effective when applied as a primer. In this application, the product is used as a resin solution without the need for modification with other binder resins. It can be applied using dip-coating, a spray gun, or the tampon printing method. Notably, Trapylen® 115 is designed for use with TPO films.
