Deuteron® OG 8612 presents as white dispersions and is specifically designed for various applications, including can coatings, coil coatings, general metal coatings, and industrial coatings.

Trapylen® 205 W is a suitable product for coating plastic parts, especially when used as a primer. In this application, the product is applied as a resin solution without the need for modification with other binder resins. Application methods include dip-coating, spraying guns, or the tampon printing method. One notable property of Trapylen® 205 W is its compatibility for films, and it utilizes water as the solvent in its formulation.

Trapur® X 9100 M is a primer and adhesion promoter system designed for coating, bonding, printing, and laminating polyolefinic plastics. It serves a dual purpose as both a straight primer and an adhesion promoter, proving valuable for base coats and pigmented primers. Its primary application lies in the realm of paintings and coatings for molded components and sealing profiles within the automotive sector, spanning areas like bumpers, side panels, and door seals. Additionally, Trapylen® finds utility in adhesives and flocking agents for door seals, as well as in various industrial applications where chemically pretreated PP-based plastics are employed.

Trapylen® 128 MEK operates as a primer and adhesion promoter system designed for enhancing the adhesion, coating, bonding, printing, and laminating of polyolefinic plastics. It belongs to the Chlorinated Polyolefins (CPO) chemical family and is compatible with plastics. Primarily used in packaging coatings, specifically primers and lacquers, it facilitates strong adhesion on plastic substrates. Available in various forms, such as solid resins, resin solutions in organic solvents, water-based dispersions, and UV-curable liquids, it offers versatility in different application methods.

Trapylen® 113 stands as a suitable product for coating plastic parts, particularly when applied as a primer. Deuteron® UV 2257 is a solution formulated with Bis-(4-methyl- phenyl)-iodoniumhexafluoro-phosphate dissolved in reactive solvents. This solution utilizes propylene carbonate as a reactive thinner. It boasts no benzene emissions and maintains a low-odor profile, ensuring a more environmentally friendly and user-friendly application.

Trapylen® X 9100 M and its matt variants serve as ideal primer systems for coating films and foils. Additionally, custom-made products tailored for specific films are available. These ready-to-use primers can be applied as delivered. Some variants can function as two-component systems to enhance resistance against chemicals and temperature. Incorporating the crosslinker prior to application is necessary for these systems.

Application methods include dip-coating, spraying guns, or the tampon printing method. Notably, Trapylen® 128 X is characterized by very good adhesion properties. Xylene is employed as the solvent in this formulation.

Trapylen® 145 X 2 is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene recognized for its remarkable affinity to polyolefinic plastics, including PP, PP/EPDM-blends, and, to a limited extent in adhesion strength, PE. Notably, the resin in Trapylen® 145 X 2 boasts a higher molecular weight within the range of 110,000 and a significantly lower chlorine content compared to other maleic-modified Trapylen® grades. These distinctive properties contribute to improved adhesion as well as enhanced heat and chemical resistance. However, it's important to note that these enhancements come at the cost of lower solubility and compatibility.

Deuteron® UV 1242 consists of solutions incorporating bis(dodecyl phenyl)-iodonium hexafluoroantimonate dissolved in reactive solvents. The solution utilizes C12/C14 glycidyl ether as a reactive thinner and contains antimony. Notably, it ensures minimal benzene emissions and maintains a low-odor characteristic. This solution presents itself as a brownish, viscous liquid suitable for various applications within the specified context.

Deuteron® OG 250 is a low-melting paraffin preparation suspended in water, featuring a polymeric protective colloid instead of an emulsifier. Initially designed as a temporary and removable protective coating within automotive applications, it is applied through a spray application of the pure product.

Trapylen® 8000 has outstanding adhesion to various polyolefinic plastics and was developed specially as a ready to use primer with good paintability for TPO-foils. For increased demands concerning adhesion and resistance of the coat (heat and chemicals) it is advisable to crosslink TRAPYLEN® 8000 with polyisocyanates based on HDI oder TDI in a dosage of 2%. The surface tension of the foils should have abt. 50...52 mN/m.

Deuteron® OG 8670 consists of fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in water. These dispersions are well-suited for a broad range of water-borne systems. Preferred applications for the Deuteron® OG 8670 include inks, wood coatings, can coatings, and metal coatings.
