Trapylen® 187 S is a chlorinated polypropylene characterized by a higher chlorine content compared to other Trapylen® grades. This feature results in good compatibility with other resins and polymers, coupled with excellent pigment wetting. The cured film exhibits high gloss and very good chemical and aging resistance. The primary advantage of Trapylen® 187 S lies in its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, with limitations, polyethylene. However, its resistance against fatty oil and grease is limited and may be compensated for by using it with low-chlorinated Trapylen® grades.

Lansurf DPE808 is a white solid, a nonionic surfactant made up of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide condensates. Its primary function lies in serving as a co-dispersant and stabilizer in emulsion polymerization systems. This includes various types such as vinyl acetate (homopolymer), styrene (homopolymer), styrene acrylic, and acrylic monomers (esters and acids).
