FILCO® 9657 is a product which has a powdered, highly crystalline unsaturated polyester resin, categorized as a thermoset polyester. FILCO® 9657 presents as an off-white powder with distinct crystalline characteristics.

FILCO® 348HP is an epoxy resin formulated within a non-ionic water emulsion, designed specifically as a film-former within glass fiber sizings. Its appearance resembles that of a milky liquid. Key product characteristics encompass its composition as a pure epoxy resin, a narrow particle size distribution, stability against hydrolysis and sedimentation, high mechanical shear stability even in diluted emulsions, and, notably, a very high solid content.

FILCO® 661 FPG 005 is a bisphenolic unsaturated polyester resin in powder form. It possesses a very high molecular weight, ensuring superior performance in various applications. This resin exhibits rapid solubility in styrene, facilitating efficient and quick integration into composite systems. FILCO® 7875 is an epoxy resin available in non-ionic water dispersion, functioning as a film former in glass fiber sizings. It appears as a milky liquid. The key characteristics of this product include its purity as an epoxy resin, its non-ionic emulsion composition, exceptional thermal stability, and robust resistance to both chemicals and hydrolysis.

FILCO® 389 represents a highly unsaturated polyester resin meticulously dispersed within a non-ionic water dispersion, specifically employed as a film former in glass fiber sizings. Notably, FILCO® 389 does not contain DAP (diallyl phthalate) and is suitable for applications involving food contact. Its appearance is that of a milky liquid. Key product characteristics include high unsaturation, integration of a non-ionic emulsifier within the polymer, stability against hydrolysis and sedimentation, a narrow particle size distribution, and remarkable high mechanical shear stability, even in diluted emulsions.

FILCO® 8130 operates as a film former specifically designed for use with epoxies (EP). Its features include a low molecular weight and a soft consistency. When applied, it yields a soft film and exhibits rapid solubility within the matrix, facilitating quick impregnation. These characteristics make it suitable for applications where rapid penetration and soft film formation are desired within epoxy-based systems.

FILCO® 394/F represents a modified epoxy resin crafted within a non-ionic water emulsion, designated for use as a film-former in glass fiber sizings. It is presented as a milky liquid. Key material features include flexibility, meeting standards for food contact acceptability, good non-yellowing properties, thermal stability, toughness, and a non-tacky surface.

FILCO® 657 is an unsaturated polyester resin in powder form that includes a catalyst and an antiblocking agent. Available in various formulations such as FILCO® 657 (approximately 1% catalyst) and FILCO® 657 (around 2% catalyst), it's recommended as an insoluble binder specifically tailored for producing Continuous Filament Mat (CFM). Its versatile applications encompass suitability for hot or cold pressing, vacuum and injection molding, as well as pultrusion processes.

FILCO® 8890 HP is an epoxy resin available as a milky liquid in a non-ionic water emulsion, designed as a film-former in glass fiber sizings. It utilizes special surface-active agents, enabling higher solid content without viscosity elevation. This product boasts characteristics such as being a pure epoxy resin, having a narrow particle size distribution, demonstrating hydrolysis and sedimentation stability, featuring high mechanical shear stability of the diluted emulsion, and achieving a very high solid content.

FILCO® 470 is a product which is a self-emulsifying saturated bisphenolic polyester resin, appearing as a clear or hazy, viscous resin. Notably, FILCO® 470 product is flammable and showcases material traits including a soft and tacky texture, translucency, and self-emulsifiability.

FILCO® 659 MG 25 is an unsaturated polyester resin available in powder form and enriched with a catalyst. Classified under the polymer name 'Thermoset Polyester,' it functions as a resin, binder, and matrix material within composite applications. Its physical form is in a powdered state, serving various roles within composite materials.

FILCO® 8120 is a non-ionic aqueous dispersion composed of a thermoplastic phenolic resin, formulated as sizing for glass fiber. It excels at providing effective fiber protection, enhancing hydrophobicity, and ensuring resistance against hydrolysis and thermal elements. The product is visually identified by its milky liquid appearance.

FILCO® 5001 is a product with an unsaturated polyester resin meticulously formulated within a non-ionic water emulsion, presenting as a milky liquid. Its material features include excellent compatibility, high hardness, and non-flammability. It is available in a liquid physical form.

FILCO® 74012 high molecular weight epoxy film-formers are specifically engineered for application in thermoplastic matrices, such as Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) and Polycarbonates (PC). Characterized by exceptional high dilution and shear stability, these film-formers contribute to the production of films that are notably hard yet not brittle.
