- Product Highlights
- Deuteron® OG 330 noticeably improves slip, abra- sion and rub resistance in aqueous coatings and inks. Deuteron® OG 330’s low viscosity and its dust- free delivery form enable easy handling for paint manufacturing. The concentration of approx. 46 % supports cost-effectiveness.
Applications & Uses

- Use Level
- 1.0 - 3.0 %
- Application and Dosage Information
- Water-based clear lacquers and top coats where the presence of PTFE can be accepted, e.g. air drying and stoving enamels, aqueous acrylic lacquers and inks.
Dosage
- A definite recommendation regarding the exact dosage cannot be made. The exact dosage should be determined by own trials. Experiences have shown that a dosage of 1.0 - 3.0 % will meet the required surface properties for slip and mecha- nical resistance.
Processing
- Deuteron® OG 330 can be incorporated into the lacquer with a high speed stirrer before adjusting the viscosity. In most cases adding the product to the mill base will not result in problems. This can be taken into consideration for optimizing the production process.
