Deuteron® OG 8803 comprises fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in DPGDA. Its versatility allows usage as a scratch-resistant additive for high gloss applications or as a matting agent for high-quality finishes, depending on the addition level. Preferred applications for this product family include overprint varnishes, floor coatings (such as PVC, laminate flooring, and wood floors), and wood coatings.

Deuteron® ST 125 comprises coarse plastic powders designed to create distinctive surface structures. Deuteron® ST 125 finds application in various coatings and inks. Additionally, these additives can be seamlessly combined with other surface additives, such as matting agents or waxes, offering enhanced versatility in achieving desired surface textures and effects in coatings and inks.

Deuteron® SF 707 is a micronized duromeric plastic powder crafted from PMU (polymethyl urea). Functioning as a thermoset additive, its primary role is to enhance slip and scratch resistance across various systems. It serves as an alternative to PTFE and PTFE-modified waxes, effectively improving scratch resistance and slip characteristics in diverse applications.

Deuteron® OG 8670 consists of fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in water. These dispersions are well-suited for a broad range of water-borne systems. Preferred applications for the Deuteron® OG 8670 include inks, wood coatings, can coatings, and metal coatings.

Deuteron® UV RM15 features specialized wax compounds within acrylic monomers specifically tailored as matting additives for 100% UV-curable systems. These additives are formulated using specialized raw materials and a unique production process, enabling effective matting of challenging-to-matte 100% UV curing systems.

Deuteron® MM 669 is a compound comprising organic duromeric PMU powders (polymethyl urea) and inorganic matting agents. Specifically developed as a matting agent for radiation-curable systems, it's particularly suitable for use in UV-curable systems, providing the desired matting effect in these applications.

Deuteron® MK is an organic duromeric matting agent that can be utilized in nearly all coating applications, including water-borne, solvent-borne, and 100% systems. These matting agents can be used independently or in combination with other materials to enhance their properties. The unique synthesis of Deuteron MK matting agents results in highly amorphous particle structures with a comparatively high surface area (BET), making them excellent matting agents.

Deuteron® OG 330 is a remarkable enhancer known for significantly improving slip, abrasion, and rub resistance in aqueous coatings and inks. Its low viscosity and dust-free delivery form make it easily manageable in paint manufacturing processes. With a concentration of approximately 46%, it's designed to optimize cost-effectiveness while delivering enhanced properties to coatings and inks.

Deuteron® MM 684 is a matting agent formulated by combining organic duromeric PMU powder (polymethyl urea) with inorganic materials. It's specifically designed for use as a matting agent in coil coating systems and pigmented systems. Notably, it's wax-free and suitable for application in both aqueous and solvent-based DIY lacquers.

Deuteron® ST-S as a texturing agent are coarse duromeric plastic powders formulated from PMU (polymethylurea). These agents serve as texture and structuring agents, facilitating functional, haptic, and decorative effects across various applications. As thermoset structuring agents, they are provided in five different particle sizes, allowing for versatility in achieving specific textural characteristics to meet diverse application requirements.

Deuteron® MM 100 consists of finely dispersed PMU (polymethyl urea) particles within DPGDA (propylene glycol diacrylate). Specifically crafted as matting agents, these preparations cater especially to thin-layer UV-curable coatings and inks. The appearance of this product manifests as a grayish dispersion, offering a unique solution for desired surface finishes in UV-curable applications.
