Deuteron® WAX PP2 is a micronized modified polypropylene wax with well-balanced properties and an attractive economic profile. It's a versatile product suitable for various applications such as solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (like UV curable), and powder coatings. This wax provides an elegant surface feel, good matting, and excellent mechanical stability. When used with silica, it enhances the polishing resistance and settling properties of heavy materials. In powder coatings, Deuteron® WAX PP2 contributes to good degassing properties.

Deuteron® MM 659 combines organic Deuteron® PMU powders (polymethyl urea) with inorganic matting agents in a synergistic blend. Specifically engineered as matting agents, they excel within radiation-curable systems. Deuteron® ND 953 serves as an aqueous solution containing sodium polyaldehyde carboxylate. Deuteron® OG 863 comprises fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions within isopropanol. These dispersions are generally suitable for various solvent-based applications where rapid evaporation of alcohol is acceptable. Preferred applications for this product family include flexographic inks, wood coatings, industrial coatings, and textile printing, especially for small labels.

Deuteron® OG 8822 includes fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in TMP (EO)3 TA (ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate) specifically developed for UV-radical curing processes. These dispersions are offered in a dispersed form, tailored to facilitate and enhance various applications within UV curing systems.

Deuteron® WD PE is a dispersion of micronized Polyethylene wax, free of additives. Polyethylene waxes are preferred for their cost-effectiveness and positive impact on mechanical stability and visual appearance. The inclusion of Deuteron® WD PE improves resistance against abrasion and scratches, enhances matting, and creates a pleasant surface feel. Deuteron® SO 500 is a liquid formulation containing fine elastomer particles suspended in a solvent carrier. These elastomer particles are effective in providing a rubber-like tactile sensation to coating films. The dispersion of these fine elastomer particles is designed for formulating soft-feel coatings and is available in various forms, such as water solvents and acrylic functional monomers, offering flexibility in formulation and application.

Deuteron® UV RM17 incorporates fine particles of inorganic substances to introduce supplementary particle-based matting effects, especially effective in thin-layer applications. These additives are dispersions in reactive thinners, comprising a blend of waxes along with organic and inorganic matting components, specifically formulated for use in 100% UV systems.

Deuteron® OG 8803 comprises fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in DPGDA. Its versatility allows usage as a scratch-resistant additive for high gloss applications or as a matting agent for high-quality finishes, depending on the addition level. Preferred applications for this product family include overprint varnishes, floor coatings (such as PVC, laminate flooring, and wood floors), and wood coatings.
