Trapylen® X 8280 is a ready-to-use primer formulated with low-chlorinated polypropylene dissolved in toluene. This primer exhibits a relatively high film softening point, exceptional film flexibility, and robust thermal decomposition resistance. With outstanding adhesion to various polyolefin foils based on PP, TPO, and TPE and excellent paintability, it is ideally suited for the pretreatment of these types of plastics due to its distinct characteristics.
