Its attributes encompass enhanced low-temperature flexibility, improved finish quality, heat stability up to 80 degrees celsius, augmented shape stability through decreased water absorption, and simplified mold removal processes.

Trapylen® 9600 W serves as primer and adhesion promoter systems for coating, bonding, printing, and laminating polyolefin plastics. These products or additives increase adhesion strength in applications like pretreating molded plastics, films, foils, and sheets and formulating printing inks for polyolefinics.

Trapylen® 950 X is a chlorine-free polyolefin designed for superior adhesion on polyolefinic surfaces like polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers, and, to a lesser extent, polyethylene. functions as an adhesion promoter in printing inks, adhesives, and paints. As a primer, dissolve 5% solids in xylene for application via spraying, dipping, brushing, or printing.

Rowakryl® M-34262W is a versatile coating available as a lacquer, solventless, high-solids coating, and waterborne coating. Tailored for application on door panels, seats, gearshift covers, dashboards, and truck covers, it possesses several beneficial features. These include chemical resistance, good flexibility, a matte finish, anti-blocking properties, resistance against marks, and abrasion resistance. Designed for various automotive applications, this coating ensures durability, flexibility, and a matte finish across different surfaces.

SENZAA TAN is a scavenger designed to minimize the presence of aldehydes, particularly addressing odors associated with formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, as well as VOC/fog emissions in polyurethane (PU) components. Its applications are particularly beneficial for automotive interior trim and furniture. This product is recommended for use with PU ether, PU ester, and PU integral skin foams. It is especially effective in conjunction with colors and is particularly useful in scenarios where very low emission levels are required. SENZAA TAN can be incorporated as a component in the polyol formulation or introduced separately and directly into the mixing head during the manufacturing process.

TEC-250 - Alkyl Phenolic Tackifier Resin is a tackifier resin derived from the reaction between octyl phenol and formaldehyde. It is soluble in oils and compatible with various synthetic rubbers. The resin is in regular reddish pieces approximately 6 mm in length. Its primary application is as a tackifier in the tire and belt industry.

Trapylen® 911 S is newly developed chlorine-free polyolefin with excellent adhesion properties on polyolefinic substrates such as polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and with limitations to adhesion strength - as well to polyethylene. Further advantage of this grade is its good solubility in non-aromatic solvents. TRAPYLEN® 911 S is used as adhesion promoter for in printing inks, adhesives and paints, or as a straight primer.

Rowaflon® M-74881W is a waterborne coating formulated as a ready-to-use lacquer, suitable for applications on door panels, seats, and dashboards. Notably, it offers several features, including chemical resistance, good flexibility, a matte finish, anti-blocking properties, resistance against marks and abrasions, and a soft-touch feel. Moreover, it is soluble in water, making it environmentally friendly and versatile for various coating applications in automotive interiors.

Rowakryl® M-34811W is a product intended for application as a primer for PVC synthetic leather. It is supplied in a waterborne dispersion form with a white color. The resin system of this product comprises acrylate (AC) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and is crosslinkable. Solvents included in Rowakryl® M-34811W are water and ethyldiglycol. This product is characterized by being a two-pack system, offering flexibility, a matte finish, non-nail-marking properties, abrasion resistance, alcohol resistance, and good thermal resistance.
