TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

Deuteron® Wax TF 105 belongs to the family of waxes, including polyethylene, polyolefins, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and offers various features. These include good printability, improved adhesion, scratch resistance, and good slip properties. Available in powdered form, it serves applications requiring these specific properties for optimal performance.

CERVINO WHITE Pigment Dispersion (Elastomers) is a color reference specially formulated for elastomeric polyurethanes. These colors can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head. The side-panel showing this color reference simulates tone and intensity of color at an LDR of 1%. Color tones may undergo variations depending on the elastomeric system used.

CERVINO WHITE Pigment Dispersion (Elastomers)

Deuteron® SF 707 is a micronized duromeric plastic powder crafted from PMU (polymethyl urea). Functioning as a thermoset additive, its primary role is to enhance slip and scratch resistance across various systems. It serves as an alternative to PTFE and PTFE-modified waxes, effectively improving scratch resistance and slip characteristics in diverse applications.

P.A.T Sodium Benzotriazole comprises a 34.3% active solution of methyl 1H-benzotriazole, presenting as a colorless-to-gold liquid. Widely used in various applications within industrial markets, its distinct appearance aids easy identification within formulations in chemical manufacturing.

Deuteron® OG 8803 comprises fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in DPGDA. Its versatility allows usage as a scratch-resistant additive for high gloss applications or as a matting agent for high-quality finishes, depending on the addition level. Preferred applications for this product family include overprint varnishes, floor coatings (such as PVC, laminate flooring, and wood floors), and wood coatings.

CALM Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head.

CALM Pigment Dispersion (Footwear)

Rowakryl® M-34992 is a specialized lacquer designed for use on bags, furniture, and shoes. It offers several advantageous features, including abrasion resistance, a matte finish, resistance against marks, anti-graffiti properties, and chemical resistance. Tailored for these applications, this lacquer ensures durability, a non-glossy appearance, and protection against abrasions, marks, graffiti, and chemical exposure on various surfaces.
