Trapylen® 911 S is newly developed chlorine-free polyolefin with excellent adhesion properties on polyolefinic substrates such as polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and with limitations to adhesion strength - as well to polyethylene. Further advantage of this grade is its good solubility in non-aromatic solvents. TRAPYLEN® 911 S is used as adhesion promoter for in printing inks, adhesives and paints, or as a straight primer.

Trapylen® 137 S is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene renowned for its exceptional affinity to polyolefinic plastics like PP, PP/EPDM blends, and, to a certain extent, PE. It serves a dual purpose as both a straight primer and an adhesion promoter, proving valuable for base coats and pigmented primers. Its primary application lies in the realm of paintings and coatings for molded components and sealing profiles within the automotive sector, spanning areas like bumpers, side panels, and door seals. Additionally, Trapylen® finds utility in adhesives and flocking agents for door seals, as well as in various industrial applications where chemically pretreated PP-based plastics are employed.

Trapylen® 980 S exhibits excellent solubility in non-aromatic solvents. It serves as an adhesion promoter in printing inks, adhesives, and paints, or as a direct primer. To use as a primer, dissolve the resin in xylene to create a 5% solids solution, enabling application through spraying, dipping, brushing, or printing methods.

Trapylen® 187 S is a chlorinated polypropylene characterized by a higher chlorine content compared to other Trapylen® grades. This feature results in good compatibility with other resins and polymers, coupled with excellent pigment wetting. The cured film exhibits high gloss and very good chemical and aging resistance. The primary advantage of Trapylen® 187 S lies in its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, with limitations, polyethylene. However, its resistance against fatty oil and grease is limited and may be compensated for by using it with low-chlorinated Trapylen® grades.

T.B. Fruit Apple pectin HM-SSB 1 is a high-esterified, slow-set pectin derived from apple pomace and standardized with sucrose. In addition to apple pectin and sucrose, this product contains potassium sodium tartrate (E337) and sodium polyphosphate (E452i). Widely used as a texture in the food industry, it is employed in the manufacture of confectionery.

Deuteron® VT 930 is a natural biopolymer derived from polysaccharides. It readily dissolves in both cold and hot water, forming pseudoplastic solutions. Trapylen® 196 S is a primer and adhesion promoter system designed for coating, bonding, printing, and laminating polyolefinic plastics. The primary raw materials it is compatible with include chlorinated polyolefins (CPO), chlorine-free modified polyolefins (APO), and polyurethanes (PUR). Notably, Trapylen® 196 S exhibits good heat seal properties, making it suitable for various applications in the mentioned areas. Xylene is utilized as the solvent in this formulation.

Trapylen® 950 S is a newly developed chlorine-free polyolefin that exhibits exceptional adhesion properties specifically on polyolefin substrates such as polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers, and, to a certain extent, polyethylene. It demonstrates good compatibility with other resins and polymers, excellent pigment wetting, and forms a high-gloss, chemically resistant film. The primary merit of Trapylen® 186 S lies in its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, with limitations, polyethylene.

Pectin (E440i) permitted in food according to European Regulation 1333/2008/EC, compliant with the purity criteria set by European Regulation 231/2012/EU. Product is GMO Free. Product is free from allergen.

T.B. Fruit Citrus Pectin HMC-MRS 1 is a high-esterified, medium rapid-set pectin obtained from citrus peels and standardized with sucrose. Its versatility is evident in its use as a thickener, emulsifier, and stabilizer in the production of marshmallows, marmalade, cream for cakes, jellies, jams, mousses, yogurts, and ice cream. The composition includes citrus pectin (E440i) and sucrose.
