TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

MELOGRANO RED Pigment Dispersion (Flooring) is a color reference specially formulated for industrial flooring. Possible systems include polyurethane, polyurea, polyaspartic resin, and epoxy resin. This color reference is illustrated at an addition rate of 1%.

PAT is an authorized REPI formulator of liquid color dispersions. We match to PANTONE, RAL, and Federal Standard.

MELOGRANO RED Pigment Dispersion (Flooring)

Lansperse PPD 01 is used as a dispersing agent and carrier for pigment master-batches. Lansperse PPD01 is thermostable and is hydrophobic to aid compatibility with carriers such as polymers, thermoplastics and rubber. Lansperse PPD01 disperses color evenly throughout pigments concentrate to ensure even color distribution through bulk systems.

Lanphos TEP 4 is a phosphate ester manufactured using polyphosphoric acid, leading to a product consisting predominantly of mono-esters. Its key advantage over conventional anionics is its excellent stability in high concentrations of acid, alkali, and electrolyte. Supplied in acid form, it can be neutralized with various bases to produce a salt. Lanphos TEP4 provides good wetting, detergency, lubricity, and emulsification properties.

Sucroplast TBC is produced through the esterification of citric acid with butanol. This oily, transparent liquid with a characteristic odor is insoluble in water but slightly soluble in alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and toluene. Widely used as a primary plasticizer, it exhibits excellent compatibility with polyvinyl chloride and copolymers. Applications include medical and pharmaceutical products, inks, food packaging, stickers, and cosmetics.

Trapylen® 114 S serves as a primer and adhesion promoter for various applications involving the coating, bonding, printing, and laminating of polyolefinic plastics. Its primary function is to enhance adhesion to plastics. It belongs to the chemical family of chlorinated polyolefins (CPO) and is compatible with plastics. This product is utilized in packaging coatings, specifically primers and lacquers. Available in diverse forms such as solid resins, resin solutions in organic solvents, water-based dispersions, and UV-curable liquids, it makes for a versatile option across different application methods.

Lanphos TE 43 is a phosphate ester crafted using polyphosphoric acid, yielding predominantly monoesters. This phosphate ester offers a key advantage over conventional anionics by demonstrating exceptional stability in high concentrations of acid, alkali, and electrolyte. Supplied in acid form, Lanphos TE43 can be neutralized with various bases to produce a salt for diverse applications.

ProFlex MH is a versatile plasticizer designed to enhance the properties of various resin formulations. Belonging to the sulfonamide chemical family, it is specifically tailored for use in polyamide, polyacetal, polycarbonate, and polysulfone resins. This product offers notable features, including heat resistance, low-temperature performance, and low water absorption.

ProFlex MH

Kemsurf SBE acid, a highly active dodecyl benzene sulphonic acid produced through SO3 sulphonation, stands out as a readily biodegradable product. Derived from a narrow cut straight-chain grade detergent alkylate, it serves as a prime raw material for detergent manufacturing. Its applications span various areas, including liquid dishwashing and cleaning solutions for both industrial and domestic purposes.

Trapylen® 196 X is a low-chlorinated liquid polypropylene, presenting as a slightly yellowish, higher-viscous liquid. It exhibits generally excellent adhesion to polypropylene, PP-modified thermoplastic rubbers, and, with certain limitations, to polyethylene. The primary application of Trapylen® 196 X is as a primer in surface treatment and as an adhesion promoter for adhesives in the processing of polyolefins. This includes various processes such as painting, printing, bonding, and laminating, among others.
