Deuteron® WD PE is a dispersion of micronized Polyethylene wax, free of additives. Polyethylene waxes are preferred for their cost-effectiveness and positive impact on mechanical stability and visual appearance. The inclusion of Deuteron® WD PE improves resistance against abrasion and scratches, enhances matting, and creates a pleasant surface feel. Designed for ease of use in auto dosage units, this liquid dispersion is formulated without dispersing additives, emulsifiers, or defoamers, ensuring high compatibility without adversely affecting coating performance.

Deuteron® OG 8632 comprises fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions within isopropanol. These dispersions are generally suitable for various solvent-based applications where rapid evaporation of alcohol is acceptable. Preferred applications for this product family include flexographic inks, wood coatings, industrial coatings, and textile printing, especially for small labels.

Deuteron® Wax PP is a micronized modified polypropylene wax known for its well-balanced properties and economical profile. It serves as a versatile product suitable for application in solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (e.g., UV curable), and powder coatings, offering a universal solution across various coating systems.

Deuteron® OG 8824 includes fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in TMP (EO)3 TA (ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate) specifically developed for UV-radical curing processes. These dispersions are offered in a dispersed form, tailored to facilitate and enhance various applications within UV curing systems.

Deuteron® WAX TF is a micronized PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)-modified polyolefin with a fine particle size distribution and excellent ease of dispersion. PTFE imparts coatings with superior mar resistance and anti-blocking properties. Given the high cost of pure PTFE powders, this product provides a cost-effective solution by combining PTFE with polyolefin, offering many of the outstanding properties of pure PTFE.

Deuteron® WD A is a dispersion of micronized amide wax in water, free from additives. It's designed to offer an excellent velvet surface feel, improved sanding properties, and grain enhancement (anfeuerung). This easy-to-use liquid is suitable for auto dosage units and is formulated without dispersing additives, emulsifiers, or defoamers, ensuring high compatibility without negatively impacting coating performance.

ASCOM 50 is a high-purity limestone filler with the highest whiteness and low iron, silica, and magnesium levels. It is used in water-based decorative paints, semi-gloss powder coatings, rubber moldings, paints, adhesives, and sealants, sourced from vast limestone reserves.

Deuteron® UV RMP is a micronized wax compound specifically crafted as a matting additive for UV-curable inks and coatings. When incorporated into UV-curable systems undergoing free radical polymerization, Deuteron® UV RMP induces controlled incompatibility during the curing process. This micronized wax compound offers robust matting effects for 100% UV systems and is free from monomers.

Preferred applications for this product family include overprint varnishes, floor coatings (such as PVC, laminate flooring, and wood floors), and wood coatings.

Deuteron® MK-F6 is an organic duromeric matting agent suitable for a wide range of coating applications, including water-borne, solvent-borne, and 100% systems. These matting agents can be employed as stand-alone additives or in conjunction with other materials to enhance their properties. The distinctive synthesis of Deuteron MK matting agents results in highly amorphous particle structures with a comparatively high surface area (BET), making them outstanding matting agents.
