FILCO® 9661 is an unsaturated polyester resin available in powdered form. It manifests as a light yellow, free-flowing powder and is characterized by a very high molecular weight. Notably, it demonstrates rapid solubility in styrene and exhibits substantial binding strength for glass fibers, particularly in 'hot melt' conditions.

Trapylen® 196 S is a primer and adhesion promoter system designed for coating, bonding, printing, and laminating polyolefinic plastics. The primary raw materials it is compatible with include chlorinated polyolefins (CPO), chlorine-free modified polyolefins (APO), and polyurethanes (PUR). Notably, Trapylen® 196 S exhibits good heat seal properties, making it suitable for various applications in the mentioned areas. Xylene is utilized as the solvent in this formulation.

PureAcacia High Oleic Sunflower Oil Powder is an off-white free flowing powder containing sunflower oil with a minimum concentration of oleic acid of 75% encapsulated by Acacia Fiber (gum arabic/gum acacia). It offers all the benefits of HO sunflower oil in an delivery system that is vegan, non-GMO, neutral in taste and smell, low glycemic, high in preboitic fiber, soluble in water, and ketogenic diet friendly. It is extremely functional in meal replacement shakes, sports shakes, powdered beverage, snack food, and nutraceutical applications.

TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

FILCO® 348HP is an epoxy resin formulated within a non-ionic water emulsion, designed specifically as a film-former within glass fiber sizings. Its appearance resembles that of a milky liquid. Key product characteristics encompass its composition as a pure epoxy resin, a narrow particle size distribution, stability against hydrolysis and sedimentation, high mechanical shear stability even in diluted emulsions, and, notably, a very high solid content.

Trapylen® 114 X is designed for coating plastic parts and can also be employed as a pigmented primer. When used as a primer, the product is applied as a resin solution without the need for modification with other binder resins. Application methods include dip-coating, spraying guns, or the tampon printing method. This versatile product offers flexibility in various coating and priming applications for plastic components.

FILCO® 74023 is an epoxy resin available in non-ionic water dispersion, employed as a film in glass fiber sizings. It presents itself in milky liquid form. Notable product characteristics include its purity as a pure epoxy resin, being a non-ionic emulsion, showcasing high thermal stability, and demonstrating strong resistance to chemicals and hydrolysis.

Trapylen® 920 S is newly developed chlorine-free polyolefin with excellent adhesion properties on polyolefinic substrates such as polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and - with limitations to adhesion strength as well to polyethylene. Further advantage of this grade is its good solubility in non-aromatic solvents. TRAPYLEN® 920 S is used as adhesion promoter for in printing inks, adhesives and paints, or as a straight primer.

WHEEL BLACK Pigment Dispersion (Flooring) is a color reference specially formulated for industrial flooring. Possible systems include polyurethane, polyurea, polyaspartic resin, and epoxy resin.
